Great coffee in a convenient location. The restaurant is within the apartment complex with plenty of parking. They even have a walk up order window for quick service. The coffee and espresso tasted great. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and made for a great experience!

was in the area today (4/5/2022) .... my wife and I are avid coffee/ cappuccino drinkers ..we were looking for somewhere to go other than Starbucks...so when she mentioned that there was a coffee shop in the area I was elated!!! I entered the building and the young lady's head was down and I heard the most cheerful sounding hello , the energy quickly shifted when the brunette young lady lifted her head and saw " who" actually entered the establishment it literally went from HELLO HOOooooow ( with an abrupt change in tone and facial expression) are you doing ..... I can tell by the area that it is in a very refined location ... as I ordered my 2 bacon egg and cheese empanadas, 2 cinnamon rolls and 1 vanilla cappuccino I had to literally force friendly conversation out of the young lady ... I was the only patron in the store at that time of black ethnicity and I could feel a major difference in the way that i was treated ... I will never support this business again .. this will be my 1st and last time!!! and I will let my associates know exactly what transpired today, I was not just a regular patron !!! I know a lot of ppl who truly enjoy coffee shops who will be appalled to hear about this .... I feel as though your employees need sensitivity training!!!! You should never judge a book by its color or cover!!!! I am the CEO of my own business and would never allow my employees to treat anyone as such

A welcome and more rewarding experience than the coffee shops of the global brands. Further, the new food menus and the introduction of wine makes and takes it to another level.
If nothing else, support your local business and relax in what competition can bring.
It has my vote!

The cutest coffee shop! I was able to get a delicious Oat Milk Vanilla Lavender latte. The interior is super cute and they have an outdoor balcony to sit in and do work on. I have heard they have heaters outdoors too.
They offer tons of great food - from empanadas, smoothies and flatbreads. I had a delicious everything bagel. The aesthetic is super beach and cute - I’ll be back!

Was hoping for a quaint coffee shop. What we found was a place with an identity problem. Menu was all over the place. Waiting for coffee and barrista finally looked up asked "what we were waiting for"... "Coffee.... that we ordered". Mocha coffee was just coffee with hersheys added. Nitro cold brew was supposed to have hazelnut? I didn't taste any. Maybe they should focus on COFFEE and trim down the vast food menu.

Was looking for a coffee shop that wasn't Starbucks and ran across this little shop. The shop is clean and very well organized and the staff are very kind.

This coffee shop is adorable. I love the design of the interior. It has just the right touches to make it a place you can’t wait to visit again. The coffee has been really good every time my husband and I have gone and the bacon and pimento cheese flatbread was the BEST! I hope it become a regular menu item...then again maybe not 💸
They also have some art available for purchase. I grabbed some ocean wave coasters.
If you’re anywhere near Suffolk, Chesapeake, Hampton or Newport News, check out this place!

Nice atmosphere but they’re dishonest with their prices, adding a percentage ‘supply chain fee’ to the bill. Business expenses are always factored into food and drink prices, you can’t just tack that on to the bill in addition to the menu prices as a hidden fee.

The food was pretty, but also it's apparent the food is all just pre-fab and assembled, the $7 avocado toast uses pre-made avocado spread and not fresh. Somehow it took about 15-20 minutes to get the food which was just okay. Overpriced for the quality of food and service. Also, no signs posted about distancing, no hand sanitizer, or sanitization by staff was witnessed, as well as all staff being unmasked.. Felt a weird vibe because we were the only ones in masks. Our curiosity was satisfied, know we won't be returning but it might be someone's favorite... oh well. Has potential.

We ordered empanadas, avocado toast, and 2 drinks. We were not pleased.
The empanadas were ok. Not great but not bad. The bread to me had a weird taste.
The avocado toast was pretty good. No real complaints other than I wish they used fresh avocado.
The drink is where my main problem is. The gingerbread iced coffee tasted like peppermint and rubbing alcohol. God awful and very unpleasant. The hot matcha was also off putting. It had a cardboard taste. Maybe they need to start creating their own recipes from fresh ingredients.
In short, go to Gather. It's just a few miles away and is much better. They are similar places but Gather is just better all around.
Update: still bad
