I am a devoted coffee lover and I am quite a critic when it comes to food specially Peruvian and coffee. Well my experience on this place is way about and beyond; very cozy, pleasant people and the place itself is a breath taking for a coffee lover person. Plus you can get more coffee than this, we are coffee lovers!

Normal prices for specialty coffee; decent atmosphere and friendly staff. Though the specialty drinks were nothing special when I originally wrote my review they have improved and have some fairly unique seasonal flavors for lattes. The roasted coffee beans are fantastic I highly recommend. The cold brew concentrate is also very good. Parking could be improved. Favorite place for coffee everyone is very helpful.
Update: I still love this place but I do miss being able to buy bigger bags of coffee.

shot in my cortado was probably under-extracted which led to a sour taste and stomach ache. unfortunate because the overall shop vibe was really cool and unique for the Springfield area.

Visited Cervantes for an occasional weekend coffee fix. It’s hit or miss for me but my wife loves it. Cool looking place, staff is hit or miss as well for a local coffee shop. I will say, today my latte was amazing! Another good thing is the homemade “pop-tarts”. Give them a try.

Found this roastery by accident on Google. It is super close to where I'm staying and isn't Starbucks. I ordered a mocha and three bags of coffee. I love the industrial, cozy feel of the building. The employees are super nice and professional.
The coffee was good. It wasn't my favorite flavor of coffee—the notes I mean, but it sure beats non-roastery coffee or Starbucks. I liked how the mocha wasn't overpowered by the sauce. It was well balanced and I could still taste and enjoy the coffee. There are no bitter undertones. the roast was pretty nutty, but not overpowering. Like I said nutty undertones aren't my fav. I'd definitely go back though. It's great to support local business. Cervantes is a gem, hidden—go check it out!
Lastly, the coffees are mostly single origin which are my favorites. I got three different ones ranging from light to dark med roast. Can't wait to try them.

Cute local coffee shop! I got the nitro cold brew with 2% milk. The nitro is very smooth and flavorful without being bitter. I had never been here before and the barista was very helpful, letting me know what type of cold drinks they had and recommending what I should try. This shop doesn't have any indoor seating and only a few tables outside, but I would still recommend checking it out for a morning or afternoon pick-me-up.

Amazing customer service, good way to support your local business during these days by subscribing with them they do 1 day shipping within Fairfax. Love their South American coffee beans if you like your coffee to be more intense then try Uganda 🇺🇬 coffee bean. Thank you guys for the good quality product.

Ordered a straight espresso. I also bought a bag of roasted coffee. Looking forward to trying it when I get home. I wish they printed a roast date though, since there is an ideal time for off-gassing of freshly roasted coffee.

Fantastic coffee spot: heaps of character, cozy, chill and delicious coffee. A greater variety of baked goods would be nice, but it's admittedly not their focus.
