Wandered in around 1100 for a cup of dark roast coffee. Ended up ordering a curry chicken croissant for lunch as well. What a great find! Very friendly service, took my order, came out and found me in the backyard picnic area.
Definitely returning!!

The crew is friendly and most gracious. The sweet bakery treats are amazing especially paired with a delicious cup of handcrafted coffee. Sitting outside the cafe watching and listening to the water rushing over the rocky riverbed is most enchanting. Highly recommend this place!

Cute and cozy little restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff. The smoked ham and swiss cheese on a crepe was delicious! And great ambiance in being able to walk a few steps out the back door and enjoy a picnic lunch while sitting next to the peaceful Thornton River!

Stopped here for lunch today. What a fabulous little coffee shop. Great food menu too. Had a delicious slice of quiche and pasta salad. Husband declared it the best coffee this side of the Shenandoah. Will definitely be back!

Lovely locally-owned/operated coffee house and cafe w superb coffee, quick and friendly service, fast and free wifi, and lots of indoor/outdoor seating options (including overlooking the Thornton River). Excellent baked goods and lunch options. Oat milk for lattes and cappuccino is a big plus! Highly recommended.

This is a very nice place to get coffee. We had breakfast sandwiches and they had gluten free bread. The food was tasty and the people were friendly.

Just charming. We stopped here early Sunday morning on our way to Shenandoah NP. We had a savory scone(prosciutto, scallions and cheese) that had more of a bread like texture. Ginger scone studded with chunks of candied ginger. A flaky croissant. Two cookies including vegan ginger and triple chocolate. Everything was either very good or outstanding.
