I get coffee from this awesome business at least once a week! Anne Harvey has built a Diamond in our community with the Busy Bean Shop. Staff are always super sweet and Timely! My coffee is always perfect. Plenty of options to accommodate everyone. If your looking for a spot to have a great lunch in a beautiful atmosphere this is it!

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere and staff are just amazing. The food is delicious and the mill shakes are to die for. I try to go by here at least once a week. It's definitely my favorite sandwich shop in town by fat.

The Busy Bean is one of my favorite spots in downtown South Boston. They have the friendliest staff & excellent customer service. The coffee & food is always fresh & super yummy! The turtle latte is a favorite of mine & most of the staff know this so already start preparing it when they see me walk through the door. So wether you’re from South Boston or just driving through, this is a must to stop in!

Not only is the food great, the beverages are wonderful and creative, the setting is adorable, and the service is friendly and helpful! Because of Anne-Harvey’s can-do work ethic, capable use of social media, and incredible service, she survived the pandemic, thrives in the restaurant world, and is an integral part of downtown South Boston!

They are always super kind and their food is great but the cashier was wearing a crop top which was really off putting as there are tons of kids that come through here. Not to mention it’s a Heath code violation and I’d hate to see busy bean get fined for it. It’s sad that their employee was wearing such an inappropriate outfit while representing the business.

A wonderful place to get an amazing latte or frappe. They also offer delicious fresh lunches. This is a hometown favorite that all the local people here love. Be sure to stop by and enjoy this gem!

Stopped in with my Aunt to get coffee after helping her with some errands.
Nice use of the space. Pleasantly decorated. My only suggestion would be to set up an area for customers to flavor their coffee themselves rather than have the servers guess at their preferences.

Great place and the owner and all the employees are so attentive to their customers! The food is delicious and they have such a variety that everyone can find something they will love. I have not had anything that I did not like!! Highly recommend!!

The Busy Bean is a FABULOUS local spot with great coffee, smoothies, teas, pastries, and meals. The setting is friendly and eclectic, the waitstaff is wonderful, and everything is delicious. If you're a coffee afficionado, this is the place to go, with a wide variety of beans and brew methods.
Anyone giving it a one star review clearly hasn't been.

Everything we have ordered from The Busy Bean has been delicious and exceptionally prepared. The owner, Anne, and her staff are outstanding. Their attention to detail and the variety of menu selections are perfect. It is such a welcoming atmosphere and truly an asset to Downtown South Boston. Definitely stop by for a coffee or visit them for lunch- you will not be disappointed!
