Great food great atmosphere great staff and service was fast I recommend the cinnamon latte and turkey apple panini it's good! Will come again best local coffee I ever had!

Good food, great service! Got the bbq chicken rap, no cheese, no tomato. Nice and warm! Coffee is Red Rooster coffee, drip is their house blend, which has a smooth flavor, slight hints of cocoa mixed in. Their espresso strong but good flavor alone. Would recommend the coffee shop. Make an afternoon of coffee, lunch and walking the small town of Rocky Mount.

This coffee is the best around. Prices are very fair for the amazing quality. Me and my baby just strolled by here on our morning walk and I had only been there a couple times before but this morning was outstanding.
I needed to make a bottle for my girl and she let me get water from espresso machine, she even remade my caramel frappe when my daughter knocked it out of my hand. I was so sorry about the mess and cleaned most of it up but she didn't even hesitate to make me another one at no cost. I would have gladly paid. Super sweet staff. Breakfast food was so delicious, I bought more to bring home to my teen son.
Just wish they had a handicap entrance cuz babies are pretty much handicap in their strollers 🤣🤣🤣

Great salads and paninis. And of course the coffee and smoothies are awesome. Really good and with a touch of home made. The owner is very knowledgeable and helps you with your choices. Finally, fantastic place if you are on a diet. They will custom fit your cravings

So I'm not really a coffee guy but I wanted to come support a local business . The girl working was super helpful and very nice. She made some recommendations and I ended up getting a raspberry latte .. it was very good . And I got some pumpkin cookies that I'll return for very soon they were amazing .
