The Camel! Perfect "dive" atmosphere! Staff likes working there. Treat us as frineds. Cool altenative blues, blues rock, bluegrass, acoustic, rock and roll, reggae, burlesque and more. Don't fence them in when it comes to the styles of music they bring in. They support local/ regional musicians.
I really enjoy their food! Although not still on the menu, the shrimp and grits were awesome. The sausage stars are a great standby.
Nice changing selection of beers and yummy bloodies on Sunday!

The Camel is kind of sneaky. It has a dive bar look & feel, but the menu is on point, the beer list is extensive and craft-oriented, and the concert hall is set up well. It hadn't been on my radar as a venue to recommend to small acts coming through town but it is now.

This is a really good bar and music venue. Staff is very attentive. Food and beer selection is excellent. Have been several times to see really good bands. I recommend.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The food was amazing, like the best Burger I have had in years. They have live music almost every night and their customer service is off the charts. This might have just turned into my regular bar.

They have a great music line up and food. I had a BBQ sandwich and black beans and corn that was fantastic! The beer selection is very good too.

I love the Camel for their sunday music brunches. Great beer selection. I think food ia very good for a music bar. Staff are super friendly but they are always short staffed so don't go super hungry. Your food might take awhile but I've alwys been pleased. And i am really there for the music anyway.

One of my favorites. Best spot for live music, food, and beverages in the city. Always a good time with great atmosphere

Had a wonderful time listening to Shamarr Allen. Ordered a hamburger with sweet potato fries and fried artichokes. Hamburger was well done but tasty. Don't care for artichokes but really liked these.
