Crossroads Coffee & Ice Cream

Great place to get a reasonable meal, or just hang out with a cup of coffee and read the paper. Live music adds to the ambiance. Recently, outdoor window service was initiated and indoor seating is at least temporarily on hold.

Amazing food, drinks, milkshakes, and service! Always consistent and so tasty. I come to Richmond once a month and this is always a stop I have to make. Can’t get enough and always look forward to my visits. :) 10/10 everytime !!!

Great venue, great vibe. In addition to coffee they serve a very nice selection of loose leaf teas. I enjoyed the Friday morning entertainment.

Love Bev's ice cream. Everything tastes good;. Bagels, muffins, sandwiches. But the coffee and ice cream is GREAT.

Overall, decent place for cafe style food and barista drinks, however I really wish they would incorporate more vegan and diary free options. For example, the black bean burger is pretty good buuuuut the chai mix contains dairy so there's no way to get a dairy free chai latte. Very bike friendly and dog friendly with kind staff in a great location.

Great coffee shop with amazing prices! Their coffee is bold and flavorful with lots of options on the menu to choose from. The bagel was probably one of the best ones I’ve had outside of New York. Such a cute breakfast spot!

always friendly. Pretty quick service. I love ordering online. Had a delicious coconut ice cream for the first time the other day. Can't wait to try more stuff.

Good selection of pastry and sandwiches. Even better selection of beer. Cozy atmosphere and a nice area out front during warm days. Dog and kid friendly.

Vanilla Chai Latte with added Maple Spice shot was very tasty!
My first time here so I forgot/didn't notice they close at 3pm on Thursday, so I missed out on food.

I’ve been searching RVA far and wide for a decent iced vanilla latte. Thought I would give this highly-rated place a try. Man I was disappointed. The coffee was very milky, I could hardly taste the espresso, and it had a slight sour taste. Maybe the milk was bad. Oh well, the search continues..
