The young man who works the window in the mornings is so nice. Every time I come through with my dog he speaks to him. He’s always smiling & pleasant. I’m always happy when I see him at the window. Oh & of course the donuts are amazing.

The fresh hot sign was on but the donuts were anything but hot and fresh. Then they tried to pass off a small drink as a large one.

Wow, 16 bucks for a dozen. That is stupid!! Not even good donuts.

Just left this place. Every time I come I get people who don’t know how to take an order. Was asked 3 separate times by 2 different people what our order was and clarified it multiple times specifically and they still got it wrong after double checking. Asked for assorted donuts and got all glazed but don’t care to go back. Done wasting my time with this location

No staff. Kind of a bummer.
Maybe it was the universe saying I didn’t need a donut.

The donuts are decent. I went there before work and there was a promotion for "mars donuts". I wanted to try one. unfortunately there was some kind of delivery problem and the person in front of me had an order problem due to this. He said he was waiting for about 45 minutes to get his order complete. Instead of having a 2nd employee help me take my order, the manager or shift lead continued to hold a pointless conversation with him apologizing for the mix up. by the time I placed my order, i was already running behind. The cashier was apparently in training and the manager left him to fumble with the machine until i said i was leaving. Only then did she come to assist him and check me out. I ended up being late to work because a 5 minute stop at the donut shop turned into a 35 minute sequence of failures. It looked like a regional manager was on her laptop watching the whole scene unfold. maybe corporate needs to plan these special events better.

Hot light was on & the donuts were hard and cold. I drove 30 mins just for that reason just to be disappointed. I guess the black stuff in the icing was burnt pieces of donut idk. Guess I’ll stick to my regular location.

I pulled into the drive-through this week at 6:30 in the morning and asked the young man at the window what time he got to work he said very politely and promptly 440 this morning ma’am. I told him I was headed to work this morning and tell everybody that we needed to step up our game because Tavon was at work at 4:40 in the morning. When you see people that are willing to get up at 4:40 in the morning to make donuts you are seeing fabric of our society and those people that don’t mind getting it in to get the job done. Thank you Tavon for reminding me that a lot of people do you have excellent work ethics and that I’m not the only one out here grinding every day In Portsmouth Virginia
