Light was on for hot donuts! We ordered a mixed dozen with 6 glazed in that dozen. All were refrigerator cold!!! Didnt bother to check before I left....you know, light on...hot donuts...I called and they are going to give me 6 hot donuts next time. Ended up microwaving...

The wait time was very short. And the donuts were delicious. Customer service was friendly. I love their donuts and it's always available. It's very rare that they run out of anything.

We've never been to this location but I wanted to try the pumpkin donut. Well, we will NOT be back. We ordered in the drive thru, and started with a dozen donuts. As we picked donuts, the woman got an attitude and said, "Nu-uh, you can't do that! That's 13! You said a dozen." Okay, cool. So the appropriate, customer oriented, DIRECTLY RELATED TO SELLING MORE DONUTS response would have been something along the lines of, "We actually have a dozen for you. Would you like additional donuts?" Then we got a medium iced coffee... I'm pretty sure she deliberately gave us a small because she was still in her feelings over DONUTS. We paid for a medium so I looked up the actual sizes on the website when we got home because maybe their medium is just ridiculously small? Nope. She absolutely handed us a 12 ounce and NOT a 16 ounce cup. She didn't even finish our transaction, just walked away. When we got to the window, the poor woman standing there said she didn't even have an order and we had to repeat what we had and wait for her to ring us up. The woman who rang us up was nice, but the entirety of the exchange was needlessly unpleasant. Sometimes the customer is the issue, and sometimes employees have a bad day, but she was completely extra for no reason AND short changed us for what we actually paid for. Our dozen wasn't even the assortment we asked for! Not a single custard we asked for, and nothing about them being sold out, what did we want to sub, NOTHING. We still stick with Dunkin!

Went in at 730 this morning and there were quite a few choices online that were not offered in store. This would have been fine, but Fatima was completely unhelpful and seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered with customers. Also the iced coffee was undrinkable.

Wouldn’t recommend this location.

This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location and I’ll probably never go back, today I went around 11:35am I placed my order at the drive through which went fine but when I got to the window the girl with the bright pink hair that she was wearing in a pony tail was very rude. She didn’t greet me at all, just told me my total when I went to give her my number for rewards she was rude about that also, she told me I had “loyalty rewards” and I told her yeah it’s a free dozen and she very rudely with an attitude interrupts what’s I was going to say and tells me “yeah that’s what I just said it’s loyalty rewards.” I understand that we all have our bad days and we don’t feel like dealing with the public but you could at least act like you enjoy your job. You work in customer service, that’s what you’re supposed to do. I wish I would have gotten the gentlemen at the window that all these other reviews are about.

We always enjoy our purchase from Krispy Kreme. As far as we are concerned, they are the best doughnuts made today ! Really appreciate the register person stating you buy a dozen you get another for one dollar.
