Pronto Caffé & Gelateria

I’ve enjoyed the quality of the coffee items and the freshly made breakfast pastries. I got a lunch sandwich once and it was a decent sized sandwich but not fully my taste preferences. The gelato is fun to get with family or friends or a date!

They made an exceptionally tasty iced mocha and we grabbed a focaccia and cinnamon roll to go, which were great too!

We enjoyed the coffee and espresso. However, they need something to absorb the echo. With just a few customers it can be ridiculously loud.

I stop in every weekday for a mango smoothie and sandwich, and the staff is always cheerful and quick! My drink is always made to perfection, and I rotate through the awesome sandwiches. Don't get me started on the amazingness that is their gelato....

Stopped here twice in two days and will probably stop again. Nitro cold brew coffee is wonderful. The first visit we got a scone for breakfast and a couple of sandwiches to share for lunch.

We ordered two teas and a coffee. The cashier was very rude and didn't understand the product line. We got our teas and she forgot the coffee. We asked her about the coffee she had an attitude. It was very sad as we visit this place often but that has changed and we will now bring our business to one of the other coffee establishments in Lexington.

The barista in the morning is incredibly rude. The coffee sucks. But the pastries are good.

I don't often post negative feedback but I had a two for one coupon for coffee up to a $5 value. It was a coupon we received for discounts because we are long time donors to public radio. Pronto wouldn't honor it because we got chai lattes not drip coffee even though the coupon didn't specify drip coffee. It was very disappointing and the staff didn't even try to accommodate. We are tourists here and it's a one time use coupon. Probably won't be recommending this place or returning even though the food and drinks were good. If you want to thank public radio donors, honor their darn discounts you said you'd give them.

Pronto is a Lexington staple! They have delicious coffee, treats and gelato plus the cafe gives a chill, comforting vibe. You can rent their Pronto Via truck for gelato and coffee at the farm! We love working with Meridith and Franky any chance we can get because we know they will put their best foot forward while maintaining a warm and friendly experience. Don't miss this stop while you're in town!

Everything about this coffee shop is lovely. Their espresso is consistently pulled perfectly. The pastries, gelato, and sandwiches are divine. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. This is the perfect place to focus and enjoy a classy treat.
