Agora Downtown Coffee Shop & Roastery

My favorite coffee shop in all of Fredericksburg! They nail their lattes every time, consistently excellent. They have great lunch wraps and always have a great vegan option. Beautiful outside seating and cozy inside seating. But most of all, they have the sweetest most welcoming staff! The friendly environment is the key to this place that puts all the other nearby coffee shops (cough cough) to shame

Wow. I don't wanna "cheat" on my own local favorite coffee shop in Manassas 😂, but this is probably the BEST one I've ever been to. MJ was super friendly and welcoming, as we made a quick pitstop on our trip back home to Manassas, to charge our EV in the parking garage. The place is beautifully decorated and super cozy. Lots of wonderful seating and work areas. Even the restrooms are nice! (I personally like how high up the toilet seat was since I'm tall 😄)

I got a frozen/blended chai latte. OMG it was so delicious and smooth! You almost wouldn't think they didn't use ice. My wife got a matcha green tea latte.

I hope to come back again sometime. This place would make us come take the trip to Fredericksburg more often. We even got to meet the parents of the owners and ended up parking next to them at the charging stations! 😆 I hope to try their popular macarons sometime.

Such a quaint little spot in Old Town! We always stop when we’re in town. The service is excellent and always with a smile. The coffee is excellent too. Sitting in the back with a book or outside on the back patio makes for a nice break in the busyness of life. By the way…the pastries and bakery items are so delicious!

Home like coffee shop with furniture to sit on and books to read. Good coffee options and delicious healthy food/snacks
to go with coffee. Very friendly.

I LOVE coming here. My favorite coffee spot in “Freddy” :) always welcoming. Always friendly. They sell books, custom crafts from local artists, and of course really great coffee!

The cutest place with the best coffee. They offer pastries and teas. They don't charge extra for milk alternatives & replaced a coffee I dropped right outside their shop. They have a cute outdoor area with trees for shade and a little house where you can see them roasting.

I love Agora! It is a cute little house turned coffee-shop and they have the best coffee in downtown Fredericksburg for sure. Try they iced brown sugar oat milk latte with half the pumps of brown sugar! It is my favorite drink there! 😉 The pastries are good, the blueberry muffins taste like they are made from scratch (they are!). I like the overall feel of the shop, there are some local wares they sell made by Fredericksburg locals and some unique art pieces also for sale. I like how comfortable the atmosphere is here & they make my order right every time I am there. Come by to relax or take a coffee & pastry to go! You wont be disappointed.🙂

I'm a longtime fan of Hyperion since my college days, but I gotta say Agora is a great spot and I so love their Mama Rose latte which boasts the exotic and winning combo of rose and cardamom!
