Friendly staff, yummy pastries and delicious coffee. Spent some time studying there today and I can def say it’s my new favorite coffee shop as I just moved to the area.

One of the best hidden gem coffee shops in the area. Legitimately the best vanilla latte I’ve ever had. Great location, pastry selection, and seating. Highly recommended. Staff was incredible too!

Everything I've had here has been amazing! Their drinks are well balanced. I've had a lot of their pastries and cakes too. I think often people will hide bad flavors with a lot of sugar, but they do not. Their stuff had good flavor without being overly sweet.

I've been to this strip mall a thousand times and had no idea there was a coffee shop in the back. Now I'm mourning all the coffees I could have had in the meantime. Easily the best vanilla latte I've had in ages, and the cream croissant was *chef's kiss*. The space is just as bright, airy, and spacious as the pictures make it look. I had no problem finding a seat along the raised "balcony", where I had a great view of the baristas at work. The only sad part was how quickly my latte disappeared. It was tempting to get another cup! I will definitely return.

I meant to pick up a cuppa latte at Foundation Coffee Roasters after getting something fixed at Charly's Watch & Clock shop but the pastry and cake displays were too alluring! This is me resisting temptation the best way I know how to - by giving in to it! The medium roast used in my Latte was a perfect pick-me-up during a busy week with minimal sleep. The Chocolate Croissant was perfectly flaky and even though I don't generally like having powdered sugar on my pastries, I'll give this a free pass. The Egg Tart was just alright.
PS: The staff was very friendly and attentive!

Popped over for a pick me up at Foundation. Got the pumpkin spice latte and it did not disappoint. It’s not your regular, syrupy & sugary drink but it is a well blended, creamy dreamy cup of coffee. Location is unique since it’s in the back of the shopping center, makes it feels like a hidden gem that was found. There is plenty of space and spots for work or socializing. Needless to say, you’re not just paying for the coffee here but the whole vibe

i love this cafe and always go here to study on my free days. but my experience there lately has been not the best. when the owners are present, the service is amazing. however, the workers, specifically the 2 girls, are never paying attention and keep customers waiting to order. i had to call out twice to get their attention because they were looking at their phone or talking to each other. sometimes they were not even present at the register. the drinks they made were not the quality that is usually served. i ordered an iced green tea latte, but it tasted like just milk.

This place is a hidden gem in Fairfax. Perfect place to hang out with friends or to study/work. Warm, clean, and modern atmosphere. An excellent yet simple menu of coffee with a selection of pastries. The owners of the shop are personable, welcoming, and kind.

Little hard to find before figuring out it is behind Fair City Mall. The atmosphere is amazing. It's so relaxing to sit down and drink coffee and have some pastries. The lighting is also spot on, not too bright and not to dull. Everyone needs to try this place.
