Blue Elk Coffee Shop & Roastery

Absolutely stellar coffee, and an unbelievably welcoming and relaxed atmosphere to top it off. I’m not kidding when I say that their fresh-brewed coffee is the best I’ve ever tasted! If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in Blue Elk for a delicious cup of joe. The staff is very friendly and down-to-earth, and truly cares about connecting with their customers.

Bonus: if you enjoy the outdoors, they’ll even be happy to share some recommendations on where to explore in the area! I’m an avid hiker living right here in Elkton, and even I didn’t realize that there are so many opportunities for outdoor exploration until I spoke with the owner, Jeff. I’m thankful to have Blue Elk Coffee Company right here in good ol’ Elkton. The Elk Is Blue!!!

Amazing coffee and super friendly service. Reasonably priced and beautiful atmosphere. If you're passing by the area and need a quick wake up, or a cup of joy, I would definitely recommend stopping by.

Owner is chill and recommended the nitro which was awesome. I had it with a dab of hazelnut but I'm really a cream kinda guy so a lil cream would made it 6 stars easy! I didn't ask so idk if they have cream lol, that's on me.

Best cappuccino I've had in a year (since we visited last December)! It was so yummy I got another brewed cup of coffee to go. Their seating is cozy and the barista was friendly and knowledgeable.

Splendid place to stop for coffee! Jeff roasts his own coffee right there in the coffee shop! Makes one feel very connected to the process that creates the aromatic and tasty beverages to be enjoyed here! If you stop in try the Cascade it is truly an experience worth cherishing!

Was really hoping to like this place since it’s local but the Coffee was unremarkable. Barely tastes like coffee at all, more like coffee flavored water. Service was friendly but for $4 a cup, I’ll stick with Starbucks.

Great little coffee shop with friendly staff. When I stopped by on the weekend, there was even a couple folks playing blue grass. Definitely recommended. Had fun fall lattes.

Great little detour off of main highway 33 to the business route 33 Delicious and friendly. Look closely for the store front so you don't miss this gem. The latte was fantastic.
