Main Street Coffee and Cream

Loved the coffee, cute atmosphere! The only reason for four stars (and I really wish I was able to do 4.5!) is just a few cosmetic things that could have been improved one. That just my preference though! The staff are competent, the food pairs well with coffee - I had the BLT with beautiful thick cut bacon, yum! - and the coffee is good, albeit more butter than I prefer. Will go back and have another go, and check out the other menu items! Hopefully breakfast next time!

Visited Damascus while we were camping in the area. Very charming little town, and this homemade ice cream was delicious! I got the country apple (or something like that) flavor, which was unique but amazing - and they give you HUGE portions at a very reasonable price.

What a nice place to stop and satisfy your sweet tooth. We stopped in for our first visit and was impressed with the selection. They had a nice ice cream option with many interesting flavors beside your typical. But the bakery section was even better. They had a cinnamon bun that looked out of this world and was as big as a car tire (or so it seemed). But the cheesecake really caught my eye. They had peanut butter or strawberry. I opted for strawberry and was very impressed. It was firm but not hard and had a wonderful flavor. The whipped cream and strawberry drizzle added a very nice finish. I finished up with a basic drip coffee. It was good and actually had flavor not just hot water. Overall a very good stop and a must stop the next time we are around.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning after a hike at Backbone Rock. The place is very neat and the workers were extremely nice! Had the bacon egg and cheese on english muffin with a latte and a splash of toasted marshmellow. Great food and coffee! Definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area!

I loved my Tennessee Toffee ice cream at Main Street Coffee & Cream! The barista made me a “dealer’s choice” coffee (a modified cappuccino) that was wonderful. Very friendly staff.

Didn't get a chance to try the food, but the milkshakes and other drinks were great. The staff was fantastic: it felt like I'd been going there for years even though it was my first visit.

Excellent coffee and service! We had a large party and our food was out quick and together. Great breakfast spot in town. Highly recommend.

It's about time they established an online Google profile. More people need to know about this place as an early morning coffee option before catching a Creeper shuttle. They've got a huge espresso machine and can make anything to order. We visited in late June this year and were still working out some kinks, but we're coming back this coming week and will absolutely stop by again 😊

I was there last weekend and had the best iced pumpkin latte I've ever had! I'm still thinking about it, lol. Rich and flavorful. Looking forward to trying some of the baked goods next time I stop by!
