Main Street Coffee and Cream

We were recommended this little spot from a store owner and we are glad that we tried them out. They have mini waffles which were made fresh. Pair that with some whip cream and fresh berries, you have yourself a great meal.

We ate here a few times, lunch and breakfast. Their cinnamon rolls were MASSIVE! The icing was amazing, it's enough to share unless you are someone who can crush some sweets.

They have a lot of options as I had their BLT, and their Avocado Toast, while my fiancee had their veggie breakfast sandwich and the waffles.

Oh, and their coffee is good too. Can't go wrong.

Definitely check this place out if you're in the area.

What a cute place! The girls were friendly and prompt to help us. It was Sunday evening and not much else was open for dinner. I ordered the veggie wrap with broccoli salad, it was delicious and very filling. The coffee drinks are very good, too. And they have ice cream! They have it all!

The grit bowl is beyond amazing. Also the espresso drinks are so good because they use really good beans. I’d give this place an extra star if I could. It is an excellent coffee shop.

I stopped by when hiking the AT - they were super friendly and packed up a cinnamon roll to-go for me. I think it's the best cinnamon roll I've ever had; a huge helping of cream cheese frosting sprinkled with cinnamon & brown sugar, on top of a gooey & perfectly baked roll about the size of a dinner plate. I also got one of their muffins at the diner, and it was similarly great - these folks know baking!

This is the pinnacle of coffee in Damascus, VA. The owner and management are some of the best humans you’ll find anywhere.

Treat yourself to a colossal and fresh cinnamon bun baked in house, or go for the daily special prepared by a guy who knows food (probably better than you).

Not sure this place is capable is serving anything sub-par.

If you a lover of a very chewy brownie and warm soft cookies with white chocolate, this place is definitely for you! Great coffee with nice desserts! Absolutely recommend this place! 👍😊

I love this local spot! Great food, delicious coffee, and affordable prices! This is a perfect spot to do some work or catch up with friends. Quick and friendly service. Clean facilities. Easy to get to right on Main Street! Go check them out!

Great place to stop when in Damascus! All food is prepared there. I love their potato salad and chicken salad. Portions are generous, so they do offer ½ portions, but even so, you may have leftovers. Prices are excellent.

What a gem. Great coffee and baked goods and…incredible sandwiches. Staff is super nice as well. Highly recommend
