Delicious donuts, made-to-order, good coffee, and friendly service.

I wish I could give a zero. I came to the Charlottesville location prepared to spend some money at Duck Donuts. First, there is no available parking, so I hard to lark across the street in a parking lot.
Second I am disabled and cannot walk the long distance from the parking lot to the store.
So I saw on the website I could order over the phone and pick it up.
Well that would have been an option, I could have had my granddaughter run in and pick them up. The problem is they don’t bother to answer the phone. It is ridiculous for them to expect people to leave a voicemail!! Really? how tacky. So we will not be going here again. Note to Duck. If you want business…..ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

It’s the subway of donuts. You choose all the goodness that goes on your donut. Literally mouth watering and you will 100% crave them when you don’t have anymore.

Watch the donuts get made and fried right in front of you and then you get too eat your custom donut! Can I have more please!

The staff at this Duck Donuts is incredible. My friends and I showed up near the end of the day and the customer service was incredible! They went above and beyond in their donut making and I will definitely be coming back! #Bestlocation

The donuts themselves were good, but the coffee was not. I’m a barista, and I watched the boy making our coffees make several mistakes. He put in the syrup after adding milk to the mocha, so we couldn’t taste any of the flavoring (he didn’t even stir it!) It’s supposed to be espresso (which he didn’t press into the portafilter, so it was very weak) and then syrups (stirred in) and then milk. The most egregious, though, is that he opened the individually wrapped espresso bag with his teeth. We’re in a pandemic, but even if we weren’t, that’s extremely unsanitary. Please, use scissors. I would recommend the donuts here, but not the coffee.

Always so good and they have tons of flavors. My favorite is bacon in the sun (maple glaze and chopped bacon with carmel drizzle) and my boyfriends fav is the oreo one. They're served warm and you'll definitely want to eat them that way! If you get home and they're cold or you have leftovers I'd highly recommend heating them back up for a bit
