Donuts were just OK. No service inside. Stick with the full bakery. It's a 10000 stars.

A big selection of flavors and fillings very delicious

A mixed bag. Cheesecake was disappointing. Bland and dry, with cherry pie filling on top from a can. Only the crust was good. If you want good cheesecake, go 20 miles down the road to Anthony's in Abingdon. I also tried a maple donut, cloyingly sweet and the dough was pretty stodgy. Lemon bar was a generous portion with a good sharp lemon flavor and a nice shortbread crust. Chocolate pot de creme was smooth and rich. So...it really depends what you get and maybe on your taste. The 2 good things were a solid 4 stars at least, but the 2 bad things were really not good.

Friendly staff serving a varied menu. Donuts are wonderfully tasty with just enough sweetness.

Food and service was amazing! My brother and I are frequenters. Food never disappoints! Love this place.

This is a place like many others, it depends on who makes your drinks. There's a lot of employees not properly trained therefore when I see one particular person working I don't even stop bc it's not going to be good, hot or refreshing.

These guys make the best donuts and pastries around. They are always nice and I've never had to wait very long at all. Also if you like coffee I'm sure they have something you'd love.

Normally we love Blackbird but unfortunately not this time. We were disappointed the we couldn't go inside to see the selection and place our order. We were told the donuts were fresh but they did not look fresh.

We called the downtown location who immediately apologized and even replaced our entire order!

We typically visit the downtown location which is always a wonderful experience. And we will most certainly return to the Blackbird downtown

Blackbird Bakery “DRIVETHRU” idea with front doors locked is worst owner idea in the Nation. Drive up to a menu board that don’t even match what they are selling inside the bakery. Terrific idea for any Bakery‼️
