Great! Hotdogs

It has tables in the down stairs and the upstairs with lots of light from the windows, you can watch the town go by.

A very cute coffee shop with good drinks. They sell local crafts and lots of fun T-shirts.

Me and my friend like to meet up for coffee. We decided to try Appalachian Mercantile so we could have a place to sit and chat. Our usual is Starbucks at foodcity and set in the car. The breakfast bagel we got was yum and the mocha Frappe was the best. Starbucks don't have nothing on their mocha Frappe . This place is where we will get our coffee now.

Good coffee, good food, great service! Update: some menu changes and a small stage was put in for live music on Saturday evenings. Still great coffee, food and service. Good to see a small local business being successful.

Had the BLT, but, added egg, it was delicious and they weren't skimpy with anything either, fresh, made to order, with the house coffee and it was excellent. Great atmosphere as well.

So thankful for this business in Appalachia! Great food, dessert, and people. The artisan displays get me every time and I always leave with a trinket of some kind.
