Friendly service, food is decent, my main reason for going here is coffee/espresso drinks. It’s not bad, it’s just OK and really expensive compared to all the other nice coffee shops around. The prices on their board are all wrong by like .25-.50 cents and they say they haven’t updated them yet (but they’ve been saying that for a YEAR now). A small chai for $6.11? That uses a store bought concentrate? Come on. I would come here more often if I wasn’t dropping $5.50 on a cap each time. Psh.

Coffee was good, but Saturday morning service was surprisingly slow (seemed like understaffing issues). The music was also a little to loud for a good working environment.

Our regular stop for banana bread, cold brew and hot coffee (espresso style). Super friendly staff. Kids love the little treats and watching the trains go by

This used to be a real great coffee shop, but today they managed to somehow burn Cold brew? and their steam machine was broken, which would have been nice to know before I ordered and was then forced to get something else....

I work in Alexandria City and drive by this location every day. I was interested in setting up a tasting for me and my coworkers. I spoke with someone on the phone and was told that someone would get back to me shortly. I called back a week later and was told that someone would get back to me shortly. A month later and still no call. I've tried calling this branch a few times and get a voicemail each time. Not sure what's going on with this company. They don't want me as a customer so the two stars are for the coffee I will never taste.

4 stars because their food is comically pricey - a matcha latte should not cost $9.
Otherwise, fun vibe and friendly staff. The okonomiyaki was - uh - really healthy. Not what I'm used to for okonomiyaki, and not my favorite.
