Refreshing and innovative, we thoroughly enjoyed our latte, ice cream, oatmeal cookie, and local seltzer.

Really good espresso as long as you get it with dairy, as they will consistently burn any nut milk. Experience is soured by staff who are disinterested to the point of rudeness just about every time we go.

Love this local shop! Excellent coffees and baked goodies. (Just wish they had evening hours, some of us like a late-day coffee!)

I don’t actually know what to rate this place, as I’ve noticed it depends on the barista. Not all of them are up to par. Many of them have screwed my order up. I ask for extra hot decaf mocha, and half the time it’s barely the normal temp. They’ve also screwed up the decaf part. I like the location on North St. better. It’s brighter, warmer, and more functional (i.e. the communal tables are sturdier, and the stools at the bar are a good height. The bar stools at the Winooski location are too low to work easily.) That said, the best barista I’ve had thus far was at the Winooski location. Since I don’t know his schedule, though, I’ll stick with the Burlington location, so at least I’ll be more comfortable, even if my drink is a little screwed up. Haven’t tried the pastries, but they look good. FWIW, I live in SF, and order this drink all the time at top notch coffee shops. This place is just as expensive as most in SF - one of the most expensive cities in the country- but definitely not as good. I think the price should be lower, or baristas should step it up. Guess I’m spoiled! :)

Great new coffee shop in downtown Winooski! This is a satellite location from their other shop in Burlington.
They have the artisan coffee down with great latte art and locally roasted beans.
They have great unique batches of ice cream as well. Some of my favorites have been vanilla oak, meyer lemon and Earl grey.
On the tech side, they have great wifi, I could pick it up from the post office.
They use square for financial transactions. They play a wide variety of music. They Open to suggestions so feel free to talk to the staff.
I really enjoy the atmosphere here. I feel equally comfortable chatting with friends or work alone on my laptop.
Lastly one of my favorite touches are all the plants. My friend bought the first one when I brought her to the place. If you see one you like, you can too. Thanks for reading, hope to see you there.

What a perfect spot to grab a coffee either on the go or to stay and chill. Plenty of seating with free wifi with even a small
Section for children. You can perch on one of high chairs at the window to get the best view of the rest of Winooski.
They also happen to serve fresh donuts from Miss Wienerz on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. There is a wide range including Vegan options. I can honestly say they are the best donuts I have ever had, and I'm not even vegan!

My mocha latte was absolutely fantastic. The foam was beautifully crafted into leaves & hearts, and the flavor was spot-on. The whole place definitely has a young, college-aged, sort of whimsy, where everything kinda operates outside of the restrictions of normal time. As if, when you enter the doors, the clocks no longer run in an analog fashion, but more of a Salvador Dali "Persistence of Time" fashion where it's obnoxious to feel repressed by the clock. I mean, that was just the sense I got, and in no way meant as a negative. In fact, probably the opposite. It's nice, in this hurry-hurry, do it now, high-paced world, to feel that it's ok, and encouraged, to SIT. RELAX. CHILL. Cuz you know, the instant you walk out that door, the world and its ever ticking clock are going to smack you right back into the rat race. I know that I will seek out Scout & Co. the next time I find myself in that area again. I give it 4 & 1/2 ☆☆☆☆ because of cleanliness. I didn't see a clean table top anywhere (crumbs from pastry, sugar from packets I'm guessing, general coffeehouse debris). I chose a small table that had the least amount of visible particles, but what bothered me most was that this was late afternoon & the coffeehouse was very very quiet -- a time in which I believe the employees should be utilizing to get all this housekeeping done. I was disturbed by young man's complete lack of acknowledgement of the dirty conditions, but his complete interest in socializing with some friends that had walked in. So, there you have it.

Really nice place to get a cup of coffee. Not expensive, and they have excellent pastries! I think they could improve a little by having less tables and more cozy seating.

The best part about this place was the staff working. The next best part was the community advocacy that we got to see in action- a local girl scout troop doing crafts and discussing acknowledgement and friendship. Will come back any time we're in the area!

Nice casual place with lots of tables and chairs, where coffee beans are roasted, coffee and tea are served. The roasting makes the store a little warm though when lounging.
