Rosie's Confections

So happy to have found this spot! Just moved to Winooski and stopped in with my dog on our morning walk. Lydia made an amazing latte and treated my pup Vida to a homemade (by her mom) CBD treat which she loved, and my pup is very picky about treats! Lydia was extremely kind and hospitable, the space is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the latte and croissant bun were top notch. Can’t wait to come back with my book and hang in their seating area once it’s finished.

Called to ask a question about ingredients. They got a hold of chef and called me back with the answer. Tasted delicious as well!

Lovely, cozy atmosphere, extremely welcoming staff, and a wide & rotating selection of coffee & treats! Love that they have a punch card and love even more that they’re pet friendly! So much to love.

A cute little hole-in-the-wall coffee shop. The atmosphere was quiet and soothing. The woman at the counter was welcoming and cheerful. And most importantly, the drinks were creamy and satisfying.
Pricing was a tad on the high end, but you definitely get what you pay for. I'll certainly be stopping in whenever I'm in the area, regardless, as a pleasant start to any day.

This is the cutest coffee shop and everyone who works there is super friendly. They even have dog treats! I got a latte and it was delectable and the cinnamon rolls are to die for. If you are looking for dessert they have tiramisu. Overall a really beautiful coffee shop and bakery with great options and a wide selection to chose from.

As much as I’d love to keep this gem of a place quiet so I can get my coffee and treats quicker, I think spreading the word of the deliciousness & kindness of this business is important. The location is fabulous! I love getting my maple latte iced or warm, depending on the season. The amount of treats both savory and sweet, almost always satisfy my cravings. Great atmosphere to pop in and order or sit to play chess!

You can’t go wrong with anything you order from Rosie’s! From lattes, to cappuccinos, to chocolates and the earl grey caramels, everything is amazing and created with lots of love and intention. Service is always amazing and staff are so friendly - they really make you feel at home. An absolute gem and must try!

I love to go to this cafe every week when I visit my daughter! It is the highlight of our time together no matter what the day, time or season! I can always get a hot drink on a frosty cold mornings or a iced tea on hot summer afternoons! I can enjoy a yummy sugary treat when I have a sweet tooth after dinner or a breakfast pastry! The staff is friendly, the prices reasonable and the place is always clean, decorated beautifully and welcoming! I love warming up inside or sitting outside in the patio! A hidden gem next to the falling waters of the Winooski! And it’s dog friendly!
