The Scale

One of my favorites for lunch. Quick, healthy, and delicious. Friendly owners and staff. Sadly prices were raised so the price point is high in comparison to other lunch spots. This only means I go once a month instead of once a week.

Tried the classic and the rainbow bowl. Both were fresh, tasty, and filling without being heavy. Shared an acai bowl for dessert. Looking forward to trying other options and creating our own.

Normally love this place, go multiple times a week. BUT today I got there at 11:05 (opens at 11:00) and they were not ready to serve people. Then there were multiple people in line, and instead of serving the people who were there in person the lady made an online order with like 12-15 bowls so people were waiting for 30+ minutes. Some of us have limited time for lunch break.

The Scale Poke Bar has the best Poke in Vermont. They have great affordable catering options if you want to spice up a bland meeting, and impress your coworkers. If you like Sushi, you'll LOVE poke!

Tried 2 different poke bowls. Fresh fish and tasty sauces done right. Good drink selection too.

The poké bowls are absolutely delicious and filling. Highly recommend. We are addicted!

Had a crave bowl. Delicious and refreshing. It hit the spot. I want to go back to try more of a food option as mine was more of a Sundae. Great pick me up take out.

Fish and veggies were very fresh but an otherwise healthy meal was made much less so by the huge amount of sauce on top of everything. If you are health conscious ask them for the sauce on the side or to go light on it.

Quality cuts of fish, super fresh ingredients, and expertly assembled! I can’t wait to go back! I’m super picky both about the freshness of my food and the diverse number of ingredients. Scale surpassed all of my expectations.

Yuck! Not worth the money. I've had better "bowls" at Rumbi Grill.
