It's about time we got a poke joint in VT! Just ate there for the first time and was blown away. Everything on the menu looked amazing, and the Firecracker salmon tasted just as good as it sounds. I added some of the gochujang mushrooms... I COULD EAT A WHOLE BOWL OF THOSE BABIES! I can't wait to go back!
Full disclosure... I love really good, simple and healthy food.

Loved the quality and freshness of the meal!!! Felt partially robbed of the 18$ large surf and turf... I get it tuna and steak arent cheap but it still felt largely underportioned. The steak was cut into like penny size pieces leaving it not very appealing or juicy like steak should be. Like I said overall 4 out of 5 but just a couple idea to help improve for you from one chef to another!

So glad I found this place. It's a good lunch option that you can often without worrying about your cholesterol going through the roof. Yes it's a tad pricey but you get what you pay for. I get the rainbow bowl with almost all the fixins, with brown rice as the base. It's very delicious and filling.

The food is really good but it’s expensive. Also literally every time I eat here I end up getting digestive issues, so it’s just not worth it unfortunately.

We were very exited to go to The Scale Poke bar since we love going to the poke restaurant downtown church street, however we were very disappointed with the experience in the end. It was a very slow day and a very long wait for two poke bowls that we get made in three minutes down town. When we finally did get the bowls after 40 minutes we were not as impressed as the quality of ingredients we were expecting our rice was cold and hard, pineapples were canned, and the avocado seemed like a packaged pulp, and finally the mangos were very over ripe. In conclusion if you’re looking for poke in Burlington, I would recommend a church street location.

Good fresh food. Would go again. Note they list items on their website like teriyaki choices and ramen soup that was not on the menu at the Williston location. Also, social distancing is in full force so be prepared to order and wait in your car for a text.

Have had many delicious açai bowls from the scale poke and just now had an amazing fire cracker bowl! Super fresh ingredients great service and I know Justin is killing it in the back! Looking forward to the opening of their second location.

Absolutely delicious! Will definitely be going here more often. Friendly staff, quick service, great little patio space to eat.

Feels like a sad cafeteria inside. My poke bowl was like someone took a grocery store spicy salmon roll and chucked it into a bowl. I know we're basically talking deconstructed sushi here but it was a really sad bowl and I felt sad when I was filled enough to dispose of the rest. I was excited for poke on my way there, and though I knew I had made a mistake as soon as I stepped inside, I couldn't bring myself to just walk out of the empty restaurant. The person working there was very nice and helpful.

Consistently fresh food with delicious ingredients. Easy to order online and pick up. Makes it easy to support local when you have places like this just around the corner. I even have my parents hooked now. Keep up the awesome work! 🐟🌱
