Food was good, we got the eggs benedict with ham and one with salmon, scrambled eggs with sausage and pancakes. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast especially the home fries. Coffee was tasty. Instead of ordering at the front I wish it was more like a typical restaurant to pay and tip after eating. After sitting down I noticed everyone else at other tables had a hot chocolate which looked delicious

Went for Sunday brunch. I had the crunch berry cakes, and l must say they were spectacular. The granola adds an interesting twist to the typical pancake, with delicious berry topping and maple syrup. I would recommend familiarizing yourself with the menu prices before you go to avoid a surprise. If you are a big eater especially, $13.75 for 3 smallish pancakes and no sides might make your full meal a little pricey. Can't argue that the crunch berry cakes are not worth it though as they are so good!
My companions had quiches that were similarly good. My daughter seemed to think the iced coffee could have been a tad stronger, but I thought it was fine.
Outside seating is available.

A good variety of baked items and breakfast and lunch meals. Service was quick even though it was quite busy. The food was very good.

Very pleasant staff! It's like walking into a mini upscale Culinary Institute tucked away in a Corner. It's truly amazing the different kinds of food/desserts being offered. Definitely not a restaurant but Chef's Corner!

My fiancé and I went to this cafe hoping for a nice casual brunch but we were quickly disappointed. Looking at the menu as we waited to order, we noticed how expensive everything was. No options for a small bite of something and everything started at at least $13. When we asked about portion sizes for the sandwiches, we received a rude and short answer that did not answer the question. We were offered baguette for our sandwiches and agreed, excited to try their bread. We paid before being seated and the lowest tip option provided was 25% despite there being literally zero service other than our plates being brought to our table. Two sandwiches cost us $35 so we didn’t dare get any drinks. After paying we were told our table number and had to find it ourselves. We received our food and immediately knew our baguette was not made in house but from frozen. As we finished our meal, the table next to us asked an employee to have their $15 quiche warmed up because the inside was entirely cold. This told us that another menu item was from frozen as well. Maybe the pastries would have been better, but in the end it was very overpriced, average quality, overall disappointing experience.

Chefs corner is a fantastic bakery/café that puts their money where their mouth is. Their baked goods are sublime, their coffee is local and delicious, their service is stellar, and they are a family friendly environment. Their place is clean and everyone is always so helpful. If you dont care for the food, rest assured that you are the problem, not their food.

What a find to have brunch at Chef’s Corner. Wonderful ambiance, great staff and amazing food. I ran 10 miles in the morning and was starving - tried the Blackened Chicken Panini along with Almond Croissant. This will be our favorite breakfast place going forward when we visit Vermont.

25 dollars for a panini and fries. Sorry you can't blame those prices on "troubling times" as the signs posted in the restaurant explain as the reasoning for an additional five percent tax on orders.
That being said the food is quite good, but again that's the most expensive fries/sandwich combo I have ever seen and I lived in Boston for over half a decade... Some of it during said troubling times.
