My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way back to CT from Burlington, VT. It’s been two weeks and we still can’t get over how good our cappuccino and iced chai latte was. Perhaps the best we’ve E V E R had. There’s not too much going on in this quaint little town but you can bet your bottom dollar we’d return for the coffee alone.

Coffee was great, ordered, via the app for pickup, the Maple and aged maple. Both coffees had a strong maple flavor but didn't overpower the coffee itself. The aged maple is more subtle while the maple is a bit sweeter. If time permits, I will definitely go back.

love first branch coffee, everybody is always so friendly and happy to help. Perfect stop on the way to work/class or swing by for a mid-morning treat on the weekend. We are subscribers to the monthly coffee club, SO convenient and great coffee!

Excellent coffee, best we had during our stay in the U. S.! They serve the espresso in small typical Italian porcelain cups (thanks a lot!), as we are used to it in Europe. We were delighted and really appreciated this service! We also recommend the offered local (Tunbridge) brewed beer.

This is the most unique coffee shop I've ever seen. The serve coffee, of course, but also beer, that they brew, and they serve sandwiches/salads for lunch and have Taco Tuesday's (best tacos in VT) and Flatbread Friday's (haven't tried that yet). Great atmosphere, hip crowd, mix of locals and law students from VT Law School two blocks away.

This place is not just coffee and baked goods. They have a kitchen where you can grab a quick, tasty lunch and....they also serve craft beer from local breweries! Wha is not to like! Staff are efficient and friendly. Don't hesitate to stop in if you are in the area. Right up the road from Vermont Law School.

On a real note, this coffee is so flavorful and gorgeous. Best coffee I've had in Vermont EVER. This is the quality of latte I've been waiting for. 💕

Best staff. Best coffee. Best pastries. This place is a gem and worth going out of your way for. (Also an awesome cafe stop on a bike ride).

A lovely place for an excellent coffee. Only a few types of baked goods are on offer but they are of very good quality.

My friends and I were lucky to have stumbled across First Branch yesterday. First Branch is a well designed coffee oasis complete with an Upper Pass (also, excellent—local craft beer) taproom in the back—something for everyone.
First Branch’s coffee is roasted in house and served fresh by very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Without a warm staff, a coffee shop is worth null!
I recommend the: Ethiopian/Kochere Banco Gotete—I took a bag home; drinking it now, A+.
Thanks for the Vermont hospitality gang.
