Sadness that this is the only store they have. But they have some much more specialty flour and mixes! I felt like a kid in the candy store. Very polite and extremely helpful staff. Everything related to baking can be found here for sure. I am definitely going back (online, since I don't live in VT).

What a great place to nit only stock-up on the best baking ingredients (their many scone mixes are our personal favorites), but their bakeware also is top notch. Best of all is the knowledgeable and helpful staff, ready to offer ideas and advice to all who enjoy baking.

As a passionate home baker, I had butterflies walking up tot the door and felt like a kid in a candy store when I stepped through the doors. I was able to find products that I had been looking at on the online store for ages, and being able to see them all in person gave me the final push to finally try out and buy some new ingredients to experiment with (namely black cocoa and 00 flour!).

While I didn't personally have any questions for the staff, I did see and hear them field questions on a variety of topics from other customers with ease.

I also stopped in at the cafe for a coffee, and I can honestly say that the staff were amazing to watch. With online and in person ordering, they were obviously a bit overwhelmed, but still managed to work efficiently and with care to fill all of the orders they had. The coffee itself was delicious, and the person I was with got a piece of coffee cake which they said was amazing as well! I would have loved to see a vegan option in terms of available baked goods or prepared foods other than plain bread or a fruit cup, but I can't lower my rating for that alone because the rest of the experience was phenomenal, and they did have nondairy milk for my coffee.

Will be planning a trip to the area again soon just to have an excuse to drop in!

Well worth a visit if you are traveling on I-91 or I-88. The store and the cafe are both first rate.

Really cute store, love buying the mixes.

The cafe feels a little hectic. You can't get a look at the pastry case or breads without stepping out of line, so you can't really scope them out ahead of ordering.

Wish there was a bit more rotation to the sandwich menu.

I looked forward to enjoying a Mexican Mocha Latte made with your own ingredients. You no longer offer that and the pathetic mocha latte I received showed not one shred of pride. Shame on you. This does not represent you well.

Took a pastry class and I am not a baker. Made two different items and they taste great. The instructors were knowledgeable and very helpful. If I walk away remembering 25 percent of what they taught, I'll learn how to bake and bake well.

We loved it! We are Luna Bread and we bake sourdough with their flour!

My family has been using King Arthur’s products and recipes for a long time, so we were excited to come see this cool place. Overall, it was pretty disappointing. The campus is nice, the store had some good deals, but the food was underwhelming. We love the sourdough recipes and had really high expectations because of that. A cold turkey sandwich is still a cold turkey sandwich. The pastries and cookies were lacking a complexity and texture that homemade ones have.

I am glad this place exists and I appreciate the company’s respect for the craft of baking, I just think the overall experience was lacking. I guess this review is just a testament to how good homemade sourdough is- it will ruin the best of the best.

Love this place! Stopped to pick up a few things on my way back to Michigan! The salesperson that helped me was so helpful and very nice. I bought so many great items at a wonderful price!....and the flour was on sale. So happy! King Arthur is an AWESOME place!
