Delicious espresso. I'm not expert, but i think it was the best espresso drink that i've had.

I went there today, and the magic is still there. I got 1 free refill on my decaf, read my comics and had a blast. Please bring back the silent films, and the podcasts. Can’t wait to see more Buster Keaton -silent films and meet more interesting people from the community. Thanks!

They got our order all wrong. Items were missing and special instructions were ignored. They have a strange system going on where everything is computerized but then they write down the order on a little piece if paper.
Also the chocolates are ridiculously expensive. Almost $3 for a tiny chocolate. Not worth the money.

I am so in love with the pistachio toffee! EAT IT! Gat the $20 bag, you won't be sad like I was when I finished my 2 little pieces. Great bathroom, really beautiful shop. This shop was my favorite spot, super thrilled with the worker owned model as well.

I had the pleasure of being served by a person who could not have cared less. My poorly made drink was missing something, and when I mentioned it I had it plopped on top. But don't worry, apparently it's funny when it splashes on the customer. Luckily it was served at room temperature so I didn't get burned. And finally, it tasted of dish water. Yum. First and last time I'll be going here ☕🚫👎👎

Have not been to the store, but found their Magic Chunks at a local bakery here in IL and just WOW. They are delicious. So satisfying and the perfect snack to hide in my office cabinet for an afternoon pick me up.

Wow! Such an amazing atmosphere, amazing coffee, and amazing chocolates. I love that it is employee owned and bold in their stances and support for folks of color, reproductive justice rights, and more. Big applause for being the change we wish to see in the world 👏👏

The most important thing that sets this coffee shop apart from the others nearby: they don't charge extra for non dairy milk! It makes SUCH a difference to those of us that can't tolerate dairy.

Aside from that, the prices are reasonable, the staff nice, and there are plenty of things to look at while your drink is being made (really smart to sell local art and products inside!).
