The gals waiting on you can't do enough for you. They are bright eager to please and so very congenial. I didn't know this place existed'--until I did. Best sandwiches
Anywhere.Did I mention the coffee? Their hazelnut is addicting but then that's my favorite.you just can't go wrong in choosing The Works.

This is a cute little place situated by a pretty babbling brook. They sell sandwiches and salads, many vegetarian and healthy meat choices. All of their salad dressings are homemade and everything we had was delicious! The owner was there sweeping up and making sure that everything was to our liking.

Stopped in to get a cup of coffee around 3:30 in the afternoon.(wanted to try a local place). We studded there for a good 5 minutes before we were ever noticed. When we were the girl said so and so will help you with that. Well after he helped 1 customer he started to help someone that came in after us. The coffee was cold and tasted like it was sitting in the pot for hours, not fresh at all. I would not recommend this place. We ended up walking out and going to DD.

We had smoothies and got sourdough bread for home. Great stuff !! Store has bagels and coffee options as well with seasonal soups and pastries. Highly recommend to stop by for a breakfast, if you are in the area.

Great coffee and tea selection, food has good options for vegetarians, vegan, etc and is very tasty. We even asked for shirts and the owner/manager was nice enough to run to grab some from his car. Stop here

I ordered and everything bagel with bacon cheese and sausage and they messed it up and put egg on it so I called them and they replaced it so when I got home and opened it... It was the wrong bagel ... 2 days in a row this has happened .... Time to find a diffrent place for bagels...

Busy spot with decent iced coffee and bagels! Staff were not all wearing masks and patrons were not recommended to wear them. It is a pandemic.

My everything bagel was good, not Jersey good, but the best I've had up here. but the place was a bit dirty. They don't seem to wipe down the tables very often.

I went in today and ordered a Dagwood. This place is a joke. One slice of ham and one slice of turkey on a sandwich for $8.50!! I’ll never step foot in that dump again. I live in Manchester and this place has seriously gone downhill in the last 15 years. You can do much better in Manchester, avoid this place like the plague

I think they were having a rough day. Wrong change, a local had a coupon they didn't want to apply, coffee was average. It seemed like the locals like it though.
