This is the best bagel place ever!! I went with my super picky 7 year old and I knew it was going to be a problem getting him something he'll be happy with. I was dying to have a breakfast jalapeno bagel which I did. Anyway, the ladies were so incredibly understanding, not annoyed at all at the fact that my son like nothing but chicken. They had tons of suggestions and patience. Always with a huge smile and and sincerity. Love the service and my breakfast bagel! Thank you!!

Excellent fresh bagels with a decent array of flavors. Good flavored cream cheeses and breakfast sandwich wraps. HUGE emphasis on local, humane meats, eggs, cheese and other ingredients. Their coffee is the best, even the decaf, that we don't brew at home. Not burned, not weak, not too acidic. Great prices. The only downside is that one of their servers is generally obnoxious, sometimes rude, and sometimes gets my order wrong. Since I live 40 mins away, and drive just for them, this can be a hassle if I don't check my order before driving home.

I got a couple sandwiches while I was in town and they were absolutely delicious. I had trouble finding an easy lunch option since I was traveling with my dog and can't leave him in the car too long or he'll tear it up. The sandwiches we're great and made quickly.

We usually stop here at least twice a weekend when we are in town. Their fresh baked sourdough bread is the best, and they pile their sandwiches high with toppings. They have some very delicious unique spreads, and the candied bacon is special! The Dagwood is my go-to sandwich. It is large and I never leave hungry.

food was good, came multiple times but one of the workers took 10 minutes to take our order…. seemed under some type of influence or very very tired

Bagel works offers friendly and excellent service. This is one of the very few reasonably priced restaurants in town. The staff are cheerful, the bagels are great, and $7.49 for lox on a bagel can't be beat! I send a lot of my customers there because I know they won't be disappointed.

Great place! Open, airy, big windows all around. Sitting next to a window with a nice stream outside, definitely felt in the heart of Vermont. Very happy employees, huge menus hanging up behind the order desk. Parking could be a challenge, but my wife and I had no problem at 9am. If you don't need a full sit down service option, this place is a much cheaper option by half. Clearly buy and go is the concept to this place. Go!
