This place have no idea what the definition of "Customer Service is"
Would not service, when only one table was taken.
Will not come back

Nice ambiance with seating at normal tables & chairs or in comfy sofas. Nice but limited selection of locally sources food. Service was mediocre, and terribly slow despite having few customers and despite us ordering sandwiches and salad. The food itself was good, although I didn't much like the side of pasta salad. Tip for our party of 5 was already set at 18pct, which also annoyed me; we usually tip more, this time we'd have tipped less.

We had finished a great afternoon at nearby Hildene and needed some lunch. We drove past and thought it might be a good place to get something light. We were delighted by the amazing menu. The sandwiches were anything but ordinary! They clearly use the highest quality ingredients and put a LOT of thought into the creation of the sandwiches. We also had a couple of their light but creative cocktails. I had the one with coconut. And don't miss the bread pudding at the end. The owner/chef came out and introduced himself. He was originally from Brooklyn and we had such a wonderful conversation with him. He runs the place with love and passion and it shows.

Wonderful Ambience. It was very relaxing.
The service and people are warm and friendly.
We brought our own wine bottle and they, graciously, corked it for us. We are vegetarians and they were able to customize our dishes.
Both the food and ambience were great. And we loved their desert.

I wish I was spending more time here just to go back to Ponce! The food is fantastic and Rodriguez the owner is amazing! The decor is really charming...I'd give it more stars if I could!

Charming place! Stopped here for dinner. Creative menu with a Latin flair. Started with salads, then had salmon (me) and the special Puerto Rican meatloaf (hubby). Both came with a side of collard greens expertly prepared and rice. BYOB, excellent music and friendly, welcoming staff made this a great evening.

Ponce is our favorite breakfast place. Their dishes are unique , fresh, and delicious. Think food for the more advanced palate, no syrupy pancakes here! And the ambience can't be beat. Come and enjoy with your favorite adult people.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff and the chef were not wearing masks while preparing food and we waited over 30 min and never got our sandwiches. The worst part is that a table next to us left and the waitress did not disinfect the table and left the unused water glasses and silverware from the previous couple. Even though unused, they were still talked over and touched. When confronting the waitress, she said “you can leave if you want to”. Not at all good form of customer service. We left.

Some of the best food in the area. Everything on the menu is incredible, and their chocolate chip cookie is truly amazing. Not to mention the chef is fun to talk to. All around one of my favorite restaurants!

Very kind staff. My little dog was accommodated on the front patio. We had a delicious breakfast in pleasant ambiance. Beautiful cafe interior and clean restroom.
