The website announced it was open, until 3AM Saturday night and that it would be open on Sunday at noon. This was not the case. The place looks nicely decorated, as far as we could see from the outside... Too bad, maybe next time...

Everything was just OK, not bad but ok. The menu descriptions did not match the product.

great little place. Went for coffee only as beats the hell out of DDonuts or Starbucks. Quaint little place with lots of character. This isnt your grab on the go kind of place. Get your coffee, sit enjoy, converse. Heard the breakfast crepes are great as well. Always come back when in the area.

What a lovely place, nice vermont atmosphere and very good food. A nice surprise.

Where do I begin? We had an amazing experience at Ponce Bistro for an intimate celebratory dinner With family. The attention to detail and service was spectacular; from discussing our plans to preparing a special menu in advance to excellent service the evening of. I could go on and on about the service and atmosphere but I can also rave about the food. Everything was phenomenal! The crab bruschetta, thai curry scallops and Brie stuffed sausage were just a few of the awesome dishes we enjoyed, and don’t get me started on the desserts. I would highly recommend an afternoon or evening at Ponce Bistro if you have the chance. You won’t be disappointed!

So delicious! Stopped here for lunch and we had incredible sandwiches. As some have mentioned, this is not the place to go if you're in a hurry, but it's great for a relaxing lunch. The atmosphere and style is very cozy and unique. We ate at nearly every restaurant in Manchester, and this was our favorite.

Wow…best breakfast we have ever had on east coast…we went in July and had to come back Labor Day weekend as we love the food scene in Manchester with Ponce’s standing out as my family’s favorite. Ron was amazing and showed us the pictures and uniqueness of his restaurant. We will make the drive back this winter from Staunton, Virginia and definitely come back. Thanks

Pleasantly surprised!!! The food was excellent in every way. Salads were substantial and server was happy to split them on separate plates. Beans and rice, delicious!! Entrees were unique and very good. Price was reasonable, but even better due to the fact that it’s BYOB, with NO corking fee. Ambiance very warm(fireplace) and cozy. Do not miss

Excellent, fresh food served in a warm, inviting atmosphere. We had the Spanish Meatloaf with garlic aioli on a baguette, and a Goat cheese salad with bacon and sun dried tomatoes- everything was fabulous
