Awesome space, but very unimpressed with the coffee. It's possible I came on a bad day, but the dirty chai was soapy and bitter, and even the mocha I got to replace it was unfortunately extremely bitter as well, and the milk barely lukewarm with way too much foam for a latte. Overall, not very good, but could be just an inexperienced barista issue. I'll be trying the drip coffee next time.

Hadn’t been here before, but came for Las Hermosa’s Chilaquiles, and stayed for the ambience. Massive yet cozy space, quiet, and wonderful coffee.

2.5 Stars. Staffs are nice. Coffee and food are both mediocre. It’s mostly a coffee shop for college students doing their studies.

Good coffee. Limited menu and no branding

Our drinks came out quickly and they were delicious. I bought a bag of Sugar Shack Signature Blend as well, very pleased with the unique taste.

'Sugar Shack' is some of the best coffee I've ever had. Please get shipping setup for global. I paid nearly $400 to get 20ish pounds sent to Amsterdam through a third party. Totally still worth it but I can't get it regularly (Red Bourbon is good, just in my opinion not as good).

In town on a rainy day. Vivid was a great place to relax for a bit. Happen to watch my hot chocolate being made - with more care than I’d ever seen. Thank you!!!!

Heard this was the place for the best coffee around and was disappointed to say I can’t agree. I’m willing to pay more for an exceptional cup of coffee, but the cup was small and the coffee was okay at best. Interior of the store was clean and beautiful. However, baristas seemed annoyed with us and the customer who came in behind us for asking pretty basic questions.
Maybe I came on a bad day based on all the other reviews, but from what I saw, I overpaid for mediocre cup.

Awesome environment, great grab & go options, and bottom line, best roasters you'll find in Burlington. Maybe in Vermont? Love these guys. Love all the transparency with the coffee from farm to store. Only stuff I've been buying to bring home. Love this place <3

Ok let’s start off with the coffee. The people here are passionate and proud of the product- for good reason because it’s delicious. They pride the larva in sustainable sourcing but also ethical sourcing. The story behind the coffee, the people, and the roast is a great representation of the dedication to a good product. The venue is absolutely stunning. It’s just a good vibe to go there wether it’s a beautiful day you enjoy the window view or in a rainy one it’s a cozy mood as well. Finally, I’d say all the pop ups and other events that happen keep new things coming into the space. The best perk is that it’s not directly on church street so it’s a lesser visible hidden gem which makes it much more accessible than other busier not as worth it spots. I would most definitely make this a stop while in BTV.
