Such a cute coffee shop right near the outdoor walking mall in Burlington. I got a maple cappuccino which was incredible. Service was quick. The wifi was fast and there were plenty of spots to sit and get some work done on a laptop! I enjoyed the general vibe of the coffee shop and all the art work on the walls was visually stimulating! Definitely recommend if you are in the area 🤩

The best coffee and pastries!!! We had the scone and maple oat donut and they were so do good. This place had the best coffee that I had over my whole trip (and I tried a lot of coffee). The decor was beautiful as well. They have old pillars and local art displayed on the walls.

First impression; very cool vibe. Best Maple Latte! Tried their dark roast. The best cup of coffee I ever had! The staff is awesome! A solid reflection of the owners values. Respectfully safe!

Great coffee, decent baked goods, relatively cheap prices. The quality was good overall and I expected it to be more money. We only paid about 12 dollars for 2 hot drinks and an oatmeal cookie which is fair. Not my favorite coffee shop in all of Burlington but a great stop if you are on church street and need coffee. The wait was about 8-10 minutes. The atomosphere was busy with few open spots to sit so we took our drinks outside.

First time having coffee at this coffee shop. I have to say it was some of the better tasting coffee I've had. I may have forgotten the right name but I had the Doom, dark roast drip coffee. I also grabbed the blueberry honey lavender donut. They have rotating donut flavors, I couldn't find the flavor online, but I think that's what it was. It was a really good cake donut, it was dense but light. I would say it's as good as the donuts from The Cupboard in Jeffersonville.

Another shop w/staff that couldn’t say “Thank You” yet suggested baseline tip started @ 18%. WTH? Thus the low star rating.

And offered selection of pastries had a look of sadness. However a good selection of drinks.

I always look for cozy cafes in places I visit, and KRO fits the bill. Cozy and artsy ambiance with bustling energy.

I adore this place. They make a chai latte that is just perfect. And the atmosphere is really relaxed despite it being popular. Comfy couches and bar stools. Conveniently placed on Church Street. I love the music choice, and the free wifi. It's a great place to study, relax or just come in for a quick snack and pick up a drink to go.

Went in the afternoon wanting an espresso. Haven't been so disappointed in a while from a coffee bar that should be able to do better. Nice atmosphere, place was pretty busy with what appeared to be students. No line at the cash register. Ordered an espresso. Now, when I ran coffeehouses I made sure my staff knew that if a customer came in and ordered an espresso (less than 2% of typical orders in the U.S.), take the extra time to make it as good as it can be because the customer is probably a discerning coffee lover and because you can't hide the quality of the espresso with milk and flavorings. Instead, the cashier took my $4.00 (including the 15% tip), went over to the Versys fully automatic espresso machine, put a 4oz paper cup underneath the spigot and pressed a button, then came back to the cash register to answer questions for the next customer. I was a little shocked, as I had seen a 2-group espresso machine further down the counter and just naturally expected that my espresso would be made on that. Anyway, I walked down the counter to the Versys where the coffee wash had been spit out into the paper cup, while the cashier's attention was already somewhere else. Another Kru team member, a little more conscious than the cashier came down the counter inquiringly, and I let her know that there was a drink that had been made for me and I pointed to the Versys. She and the cashier exchanged looks, and the cashier nodded, like "he's right, that's his drink", which the 2nd person than handed to me. Looking down in the cup, my disappointment grew as the pale yellow thin cream stared back at me from the paper cup. Fully automated machines do have the ability to make a good espresso if they are well maintained and tuned (grind, principally) consistently throughout the day. This was not that. I took one sip and wished I hadn't, as the flavor was awful - sour, bitter, no aroma, just bleak. I put the cup in the bus tray and walked out the door. Sorry, Kru Coffee, I will not bother walking down Church St ever again to darken your door. You obviously don't want a coffee lover's business. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because you do provide a nice place for people that love the environment to meet or study. For those people, I would just recommend you order a canned soda or something else other than coffee.
