Do you enjoy divine flavor, superior aesthetic and other epicurean pleasures? If so, have I got the place for you: a humble spot nestled in the soda plant called brio.

As that one fish from sponge bob once uttered, “food... water... atmosphere...” Brio perfectly encompasses all three. Immaculately balanced espresso accompanied by a phat miss Weinerz donut and a hip aura will knock your tiny hat right off your dome.

Great coffee; amazing people. This spot is by far the best coffee in Burlington. I brew with a pour over and the beans are excellent. Can't wait to come back.

Never been to the store, but the Columbia La Palmera coffee I brought home from Shelburne Supermarket has spoiled me forever. Toasty, chocolate, a little nutty and this subtle, bright coffee berry flavor. I leap out of bed every morning because I can't wait to taste it. Outrageously good. Nice work @Briocoffeworks

Friendly, passionate and knowledgeable staff, great coffee, and excellent whole bean roast options. I’ve got family out of state ordering now and will be a fan for life!

Outstanding coldbrew. No pourover is somewhat disappointing. Dog friendly. Overall a good place. Nothing to be disappointed about. Don’t be misled by the 4-star rating. I just seldom give 5-star.

So glad we stopped here! They have a small tasting bar, bags of coffee for sale, coffee equipment, cold brew cans/growlers. You can also see all the roasting equipment and ask the owners/employees any questions you have. They're all so friendly!

Brio has the best local roasted coffee in VT (Sidama Ardi is my go to). Don't balk at the price/lb. Once you try it you won't want to go back to the other stuff.

Well-crafted, deliciously in-house roasted espresso drinks. I’ll be back!!
