Brio pulled me the best espresso shot I've ever had.
I was visiting Burlington for a weekend and did a light search on where to find a place that made a good espresso. Brio came up, so I decided to give them a try. It was apparent from watching my barista prepare the shot that Brio truly appreciates the art of making a great espresso.
Have you ever gone to consume something you knew was going to be really good, yet you still were completely blown away? This was my experience here. I walked out the door with my espresso, drank it, and immediately walked back in to purchase a bag of beans.
Needless to say, Brio is a real deal third wave roaster.

This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST COFFEE! I didn’t have the luxury of having an experience in the cafe, but I discovered it at the Nomad coffee hut at Sugarbush mountain and HAD to get my hands on some. I’ve been ordering the sample packs to find my favorite one to order it in bulk - lol - but I haven’t found one I don’t like! They are THE BEST tasting and smoothest coffee makers ever!

One of my favorite places anywhere.
The coffee is next-level.
The space is enchanting.
The owners are delightful.
A coffee revolution has been quietly sweeping the nation and the world. Brio might not be one of the biggest players, but they're at the head of the pack. They are true masters of their craft.

This coffee shop will become a place that we will visit everytime we come to Vermont. The coffee was one of the best I have ever had, and the owner was so lovely. Great experience, already excited to come back!

I ordered a porlex grinder and aeropress through Brio and the service was amazing. A kind note was included and made all the difference in the world. Kindness is contagious and I will pass it forward. Thanks Brio.

Brio coffee is the absolute best in Burlington. My fiance and I had a brunch wedding and sampled the many coffee companies in Burlington. Brio stood out as the superior product... So smooth and delicious. Our caterer brewed the Calypso Espresso and Ethiopian Reko for our wedding and guests raved over both. Magda helped us through the whole process. She made sure we got the highest quality product, roasting and grinding at the very last moment before the wedding. She even went above and beyond working with our caterer to find equipment and giving measurements and brewing recommendations. So impressed with Brio's service and product! Thank you for being a part of our wedding!!

Excellent third wave espresso and espresso-based drinks. They meticulously roast their beans in-house in small batches, provide public cuppings for free, and supply coffee beans to other legit cafès in the area like Nomad coffee. If you truly love coffee, you have to stop here!

Amazing coffee. The owners are great and are happy to offer suggestions as to what you might like. I have attended a couple coffee workshops they offered in the past which were fun and informative! You can also order bags of coffee online which is a huge plus for me as I can’t always make it to Burlington to buy at the store.

Easily the best coffee in Burlington, and some of the best I've ever had (and i'm a coffee nerd who special orders nano-roasted coffee from Norway). Nate and Magda are insanely kind, knowledgeable, and super cool people in general. Places like this make the South End the best place to live in Burlington, and make The Soda Plant an absolute must-visit for anyone dropping by (or living in) BVT!

A truly delicious latte and very friendly service. The space is vibrant and inviting even when covid won't let you hang out. I look forward to post covid life so I can sit and enjoy my next latte on site. I'll be back soon.
