Dutch Bros Coffee

I went today for the grand opening! Even though the line went all the way to 4000 w, the employees got everyone through quickly, and it was a super organized process. They gave us tons of swag as we went through the line, the employees were super friendly, and the drinks were SO GOOD! I love Dutch Bros and I'm so happy we finally have one! I'll be back for sure.

Let me start out by saying that I’m a HUGE fan of Dutch Bros Coffee—it’s actually my favorite coffee chain. But I’m giving this particular location a 1-star rating. We went this morning, and the lines made no sense (blocking traffic and mixed in with the car wash) and the signs weren’t helpful (pointed to one-way entrances that stated no entry and directed us to lines that weren’t actually lines). As we were trying to leave and go home, we found what we thought was a shorter line (a Dutch Bros Coffee sign even pointed at it), but then we got scolded by a Dutch Bros Coffee employee for cutting in line. She then directed us to a totally different line that we couldn’t find. We felt really weird, like we’d wasted a lot of time for nothing, so we left without buying anything. I’ll give the Sandy location a try once it’s open, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back to the West Jordan location.

Update: I gave this location another try at 6:30am, assuming it would be less busy, and I had a far better experience. The lines made sense and the baristas were very nice. The drink was also the same Dutch Bros quality that I’ve come to know and love. I do, however, still think the layout was poorly planned.

We came on the Sunday. The line started with a few cars in the neighborhood. We made room for the driveway to the apts, but this lady walking her dog was so upset that we were partially blocking the driveway! (No one was coming in or out.)

The guy directing traffic into Dutch Bros saw this lady harassing us and comped our drinks. Our drinks were okay, but I understand everyone is still in training. It's hectic, but I am impressed with how Dutch Bros handled everything. They emphasize on good, fast service. Everyone was very nice. Love the vibe of this company and I'm glad we finally have one here in Utah!

I love dutch bros but it can be a little pricy for just a drink. I ordered a large chai tea the other day and more than half of the cup was ice and I watched them pour a bit of milk and 1 cup of store bought chai from a carton into the cup. I could have bought 3 of those cartons from the store and made it at home for the price that I paid.

I have been drinking coffee for 20 plus years, I used to say to hell with trendy spots to much fluff and sugar, complicated ordering, then I tried Dutch Bros. I can honestly say best coffee in utah. I have never experienced better service consistently even during the busiest of times. love you guys keep doing you and I'll keep drinking your brew

Fastest lines in all of coffee drive-thrus. I would bet hard earned cash that these amazing people crank through more orders a minute than Starbucks or Beans n brew ever could. And they do everything with a smile!!! My favorite is that a can actually ask a barista for a recommendation and not be disappointed. Starbucks can't say the same. Thanks Dutch Bros! I'm a convert!!!

Even though the line was long, my wait wasn't much different from any other coffee shop in the area at a comparable time. They are efficient with mobile check out that has you paid for before you even get to the window. Delicious drink both times I've gone and great non dairy options like oat milk!

Very slow service and the drinks they make are EXTREMELY inconsistent. I order the same drink every time and sometimes it's pure shaved ice (no coffee whatsoever) while others it's more up-to-par. I'm from California and would go to dutch bros regularly, it was always a great experience. But this one, not so much. Maybe because they're new, but either way, 9/10 I'm disappointed with my drink, as well as the wait time.

I love Dutch Bros... A little too much maybe. Anyways, I don't come to this location too often because it is a bit out of the way but I wanted to leave a review because of the owner. She was taking orders and I totally botched mine. She was so nice and remade it not a problem. I would have taken the other drink but she wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Thank you!

I had never been here before. It was snowing and freezing when I went and there was a girl standing outside managing the drivethru. She came to take our order and I asked for recommendations and she stood there in the cold talking me thru everything until I could decide. She was so sweet and an absolute gem!! The drive thru went fast and everyone was super friendly!
