Dutch Bros Coffee

I absolutely love this location. The double torture and lemon poppy seed muffin top is my favorite. Every time I go, the employees are so kind and happy and they truly make my day better. Thank you to every single one of you!

The staff.. I mean, the Mafia here are awesome! I am a brand new customer and they are super patient with figuring out the menu with you. You tell them what you like and they come up with an awesome list to try. The three times I been here, I have not gotten a bad "recommendation".

It is part of my routine to visit this place on the weekends to try out new drinks everytime!

These ‘bro-istas’ are the best in the valley by far, best coffee, best convo, best everything! Thanks brah, you all are unbeatable❣️🤙

My absolute favorite coffee shop.
Every time I go I try something new. I haven’t found a drink I didn’t like,so far.
They have some crazy long lines but they work hard to get you on your way. They also ask fun questions while you’re waiting. It’s always nice to feel like a valued customer to a business :) their point system is awesome too! Also every month is new stickers!!

they’re absolutely killing it in the short time they’ve been open!! first visit, waited an hour and a half - that was expected for opening week. their customer service is so on point. even in the heat and endless lines, i felt welcome immediately, and not judged for being unfamiliar with their menu. drinks were great!! second visit was a similar experience, but much quicker as the crowds have calmed down. i was pleasantly surprised to see consistency in the super kind customer service. they seem to really care about what they’re doing, and that was apparent. hope to visit many more times in the future.

With golden eagle ingredients.

Golden eagle ingredients are Carmel swirl around the edge of the cup, filled half full ice, 1 can of Nitro cold brew, add creamer for color and then add vanilla flavoring.

They forget Carmel.
Next time they'll forget creamer.
They'll forget vanilla.

I absolutely refuse to tip, though they ask for one every time.

I am always telling Draper and Sandy about how awful that location is. It is ridiculous.

Joe heath. I believe that’s how you spell his last name. Great guy had a great conversation with us while keeping the flow of the line moving. Very welcoming. Drinks tasted great. What ever you are paying him it should be more. Possibly even a leader ship position! 5/5 would go higher if I could

When they first opened I was there every day maybe even twice a day. I was able to get to know the friendly staff. Recently there are newer employees and the original ones are slowly leaving the place. My coffee soon became inconsistent, they employees are trying to move fast, but too fast that they are making my coffee (exact same order everyday) the opposite what I requested. And there is this one girl who does not shut the lid tight so I'd have to look out for her before if she makes my drink to make sure to tell them to tighten my lid before handing it to me.
The one time recently they handed me my drink and before I grabbed it, it spilled open all over the inside and outside my driver side door. I didnt think it would be that bad, but the window girl started to wipe my car paint with the hard paper towel. They made me a new one, but the girl who made my coffee didn't seem to want to take the blame and said the window girl had too strong of a grip. I drove off thinking it wasn't that bad, I gor home to see my whole driverside door my foot rail, inside my window crevice and of course my window and lock buttons. I had to go get my car washed asap, I went to clean it but my window still had the wet coffee crease when rolling the window up and down, it too me a little to finally get it to clean up. I didn't want my window to be sticky when it dried, and to have the crease line on my window. I went back to complain 2 days later because I was so mad to even go the next day. And they said oh no, did they remake you a new coffee? And left it at that and an Im so sorry. If you get the original workers they are more appreciative of you and show love for their job.

What are they putting in those drinks? I just went here for my first time and was pretty blown away by the friendly service. I told the person taking the order that it was my first time and she got excited and was very helpful in giving me recommendations. After that, I go to the window and there’s someone just hanging out the window, waving at my kid and asking how I’m doing. I hadn’t prepared to have a real interaction so be prepared heading in. As for the product quality, I was happy with what I got. They have something for everyone even for later at night which is great have. Welcome to West Jordan, Dutch Bros!
