I love, love, love this place. Their grogg Brew is so good!! The owner is so nice and talks to us everytime we go in. They also have amazing latte's.

Waited at the front counter while two personell working did not acknowledge me or my husband for over 7 minutes. The lobby area was not overly busy. The man working looked at us a few time and proceeded to not say anything. Customer service is not great.

We were passing thru on a long drive and stopped for morning Americanos. The taste was great. The place upscale and the service friendly and fast! Can't beat that!
