We came here for the first time the other day and used the drive-thru. We loved our experience so we decided to return. We used the lobby today since the line was long. When we approached the counter I immediately felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The lady behind the counter (our receipt lists her name as Angela) just stared at us without saying anything. I felt rushed so we just quickly decided on something and ordered. She was very rude, and ended everything we said with, "Is that everything?". I was going to order a few more items, but was too uncomfortable with the interaction. I understand working in customer service is stressful and I'm not looking for an overly cheerful response. Sometimes you're just having a bad day and can't muster up the energy, but it was VERY clear we were an inconvenience. This looks like a nice little place to come and get breakfast and coffee, but I don't think we will be returning to use the lobby. We'll stick with the drive thru. When we returned to the car my husband commented that he also felt she was being overly rude and uncomfortable.

Coffee is amazing, price is great and service is amazing! Hands down my favorite coffee shop. They also have breakfast and lunch sandwiches that are extremely good. For for those of you who are gluten sensitive or Celiac they offer gluten-free bread!

Love that there are sugar free flavor options! Window service is quick and friendly and I was on my way in less then 5mins! Def worth becoming a regular being so close to my route to/from home.

Great coffee, but don't like that every time I come here the young girls making the coffee always hand you the cup with spilled coffee all over the cup, they never wipe it down and it gets all over your hand, it needs to be addressed because I'm ready to start going elsewhere.

Killer coffee and food. One of my favorite things to do while traveling is try different coffee shops, and this easily hits top 5 of places through the US that I’ve been to. Super friendly and actually a good price. I highly recommend!

First time in today and I will be back in! The guy who helped me was awesome! Great coffee and awesome atmosphere. I've always gone to starbucks but was recommended to try buzzbru from a co-worker and I will never go back to starbucks! I will tell all my friends bout you guys! Thanks for the best coffee

Buzzbru makes the best coffee beverages in Ogden, West Haven, Roy and wherever as far as I am concerned. Hands down. It’s worth driving out of my way for and I have serious cravings all the time. The addiction is real! Their recipes are off the charts good and they all have fun names as well. Oh and the customer service goes above and beyond my expectations which is a plus.

My husband got me addicted to this place! He works just down the street from them, and had gone there for lunch one day. He had such a great experience there, he took me the very next day. Now I'm hooked! Delicious sandwiches, fast service and very friendly employees
