I'm a pretty harsh coffee critic, so take what I say with a bucket of salt. The things I liked about this place was the atmosphere and the layout. It's a nice cozy place to relax. I think they have a fun menu that is full of options. I think I would like to try some of their non coffee options sometime. The Mia lemonade sounds delicious. For me however, I'm not a fan of large menus as I often suffer from choice paralysis.

I decided to get something predictable and went with a cappuccino. I know the beans come from a great roastery, Millcreek, but I don't know if the brew did the beans justice. It could have been for a variety of reasons, but I suspect it was just a bit diluted with milk. Perhaps the cup sizes are too big that it becomes too diluted with milk? Maybe that removes any unique tasting strength and notes of the coffee. I just don't know if it's possible to get a great cup of coffee when it's in a big cup. There's only so much espresso base to use. It was closer to a latte than a cappuccino.

This may not have merit, but just my observation. Great staff and great atmosphere though. I should clarify, it wasn't a bad cup of coffee, it just wasn't a great cup.

Oh, and I'd also love more to-stay options rather than in a to-go cups. I like the small cup experience. I think they only had 16oz cups which is way bigger than I prefer.

Edit: I love the response and I'm excited to try something new when I go back. It's good to know there are various sizes from 12 oz up. Thanks for being a responsive business.

The husband and I always stop at this location when we are in the area! Loved trying most of the soda combos while pregnant but I'm so glad i can enjoy the red bull frappes again! Will be a customer for life! The baristas are so friendly and have yet to disappoint!

Pinned Coffee has the best coffee and selections of flavors. It's my favorite place to get me a coffee. I love how my drive is made fresh when I order it and not pre made. The staff are all so friendly and provide amazing customer service.

I did not like their lattes the first time. I decided to give it another shot. The latte smelled like soup and didnt taste good either. It gave me such a bad stomach ache this entire morning and that was only from 3 sips of it. Definitely not coming back.

Best place to go to get a nice cold drink or coffee. I love it when Chelsie is working, she is always so sweet when I come in and is amazing to other customers when I stay. Hands down my favorite barista!

I always get my coffee from Pinned Coffee. The girls there are always friendly and full of sass. Whether you like it with cream and sugar or all fancy done up with sprinkles. They have what you need to get your day going and your engine primed for whatever comes your way.

I freaking love this place. It's so addicting! I've been coming for a few years and the redbull frappes are my favorite. You can definitely count on my service in the future. The themeing is so cool and the bristas are so nice and accommodating. Thanks so much for existing!
