This place was incredible!! The menu was a little confusing but the barista was bery patient and helped us order! Definitely going back if I visit Salt Lake City again.

This place is awesome. Me and my fiance and her family love their redbull frappes. And the customer service is fantastic when we go. However there have been several times we have checked their hours online, or called in to see when they close, and upon arrival before closing time they have already locked the doors and closed early for whatever reason. Its too bad because otherwise it would be a solid 5 star review....

We love Pinned Coffee! We have it usually 5-6 times a week! The coffee and all their drinks are great! We haven't been back to Starbucks since we first had Pinned. The girls know our order and start it up when they see us come in the door. Chelsie and Lexi are both so sweet and seem like they genuinely care about us when we are there. Love this place!

Great little coffee shop! Awesome soda choices as well and can't beat the half price sodas from 2-4 PM!

The coffee selection and quality was really impressive! The barista was very helpful with recommendations and tips. The seating area was casual, but very well styled! I felt comfortable staying, enjoying my drink, and having a conversation.

I've ordered from Pinned Coffee in-store and from DoorDash several times and have always had a good experience. They always follow my instructions and their drinks and staff are delightful!

I just stopped here for my first time. My card was declined 3 times, even though I just got paid and there is money on my card. Let me tell you about the CUSTOMERS! I was going to leave without my frappe, and another customer stepped up and paid for my order. How Amazing Is That!? This Just Happened! I do everything I can to help people, even paying for much needed auto parts for customers in need at the place of my employment. Never expected it to come back to me. Good Karma Pays Off. Pay it forward. One day you might find yourself in an embarrassing position. Karma comes around.

Come for the coffee and stay for the free vaping. My wife had the hot Tom Hardy and I had the blended Godzilla. She enjoyed hers but mine was watery. But the "best" part is the service. The lady received us with the quietest hello that sounded like a mixture of apathy and lack of motivation. That hello were the only words we heard from her. Also, we enjoyed our stay right next to the employee vaping pen. Disappointing visit.
