Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Beans and brews is amazing. My girlfriend and I are there every morning ordering the same thing. They know our order and talk to us like friends. The staff are very friendly and are always so helpful. I recommend this over Starbucks for sure.

Update: Issue was never taken care of, will avoid this location.

Will be leaving my 1 star rating until my wife’s issue has been resolved by the store owner. (1 month waiting so far)

Nice staff, and good drinks. Just a bit too noisy inside and alot of bustling around from staff and customers in the morning which is understandable for a coffee shop. Atmosphere felt like that of a coffee house. You can smell the warm brews and it takes over your senses. I would only reccomend more comfortable seating

I am a coffee lover, so whereever I go I try all the coffee places around.
Found out about this local chain and was excited to try this place but was disappointed about the taste.
The coffee is just mediocre and more pricey (definitely not worth the price).
They have good fridge magnets with interesting quotes. I purchased a couple of them.
I wouldn't go to this place again unless there is no other coffee place around.

I asked for less ice, they gave me a 32 oz watered down Chai!

Coffee is great. Employees don't care about your spent money to get a reward, their system was not working after redeeming the award which has a time limit to use . They told me to deal with corporate. Thanks. Ill take my business to the competition.

It was an ok place to stop after fighting all the traffic. It was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly, there was a pleasant area to sit outside and the place was reasonably accessible and parking was fine.. The restrooms were clean but required a key obtained from an employee; not exactly convienent but tolerable. Unfortunately there were numerous signs proclaiming restrooms are for paying customers only. I feel that an establishment that posts signs like that must look down on their customers because people already know if you use the facilities that business provides then purchasing something at that establishment is appreciated. Beans and Brews assumes you know you have to pay for the items you ordered - I did not see any signs reminding me that i have to pay for my coffee. As a consumer, i prefer to spend my money where customers are respected rather than lectured. If I need advice on etiquette I'll ask Ms. Manners.

Worst Beans & Brews to which I have been. Speaking generally, the staff here simply don't care about customers. They behave like they are just getting an easy paycheck and customers come second. It seems obvious that this disrespectful behavior is supported by the management who either is not there and/or just doesn't care about how this store is being run. I have stopped coming here because I am sick of spending my money in a place that is so disrespectful. This particular store has actually caused damage to the Beans & Brews brand. Hopefully things turn around soon or corporate steps in to remove the franchisee.

After visiting dozen of times at both locations, i figured it was time to do a review. Beans and Brews is hands down better than Starbucks! The beans are better, the flavoring is great and the service exceeds exponentially. Thank you

Always friendly folks here. And not to mention, they are awesome for the younger age workers to be there early in the morning having coffee ready. You guys rock! 🤘
