Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

I’ve only been to this place twice and both times I wasn’t impressed. I understand they are low on some products but I would love for them to say that instead of me paying first and then getting the wrong thing. When I told them, both times, that I received the wrong things they said they were out. I then asked for a refund the second time and she just laughed and shut the window on me. Don’t go here, the drinks they did give me were disgusting! Please go somewhere else and don’t waste your money.

Above is my review from a month ago. I’ve been back and forth with beans and brews on this. Was told to leave feedback on a website which I already did. Beans and brews contacted me and asked for my info then told me that I would be hearing from this store soon and it’s been over a month now. Please find my ‘feedback’ and help me out. I’m not going back to the feedback page, I just want my problem fixed and I know you have my info because I’ve talked to someone else saying they sent the info to the manager at this store. Very frustrating and shouldn’t have to wait this long…

Ordered two simple drinks, they forgot to make one of them and the other was wrong. When I went back up to ask for the missing creamer, the barista said, “well, I don’t know- I didn’t make it.” Rude and the drinks were not good.

Excellent coffee. Great staff. They are always friendly and fast here. Don't forget to pick up some metal straws they are great quality and inexpensive. Buy a few for home and coworkers. Help save those turtles. I'd recommend that they ask if you want a straw. Don't automatically give one.

Great coffee place! This location in particular has an amazing team. We were just staying in town for a few days but got to know and enjoy their company. They had great recommendations and were so welcoming. Great job!! Wish I could transplant them back home.

Staff was really fun to interact with. Definitely lively and not stand offish like some of the other coffee shops I have been to. Really enjoyed my visit.

A nice location to spend a quiet hour or two working on my book. I order the same thing everytime and am satisfied with it. The crew is nice, and the guy who takes my order ours it in when I enter, so when i speech the register he just reminds me of my total.
I would five star it if only they remembered my name. A great place if you are in the area.

I love the flavors beans and brews have this location however they listen to your order but they must not hear it. I am not picky nor am I complicated but even the simplest instructions are not followed. This is the second time I've been in and they didn't correctly prepare my order

You know I try and try to give this location a chance, it's really close to my work but for some reason they can't seem to make a simple tan mocha. I can go to every other Beans and Brews location but this location cannot seem to do it. Not only that but I'll order a breakfast burrito and it will literally take them seriously 20 minutes. They're not making it from scratch. I mean really it tastes like it's a microwave burrito but I'm still willing to pay for it. But they take way too long. I never get an apology they always use the excuse that over so busy but three cars in front of me is not busy. I think I will just have to boycott the location. I like the franchise I really do. And I do not ever want to support Starbucks because I think their food and coffee just sucks in general. But this location is a really bad location. I don't know if the employees or what but this is one that I will not support any longer. Thanks anyway though.

The coffee is okay, but the low stars come from the drive through wait time being so ridiculous. I understand and respect them not wanting to have the lobby open during this time, but you will be waiting in line 10+ minutes with just 1 or 2 cars in front of you.

It's a cozy layout near my husband's work. They don't leave out creamer so you'll have to request it specifically and the barista let me put in as much as I wanted from the carton. Means it came straight from the fridge! 😁 Also, if you like quiche and are hungry, get the bistro souffle. Small but it tastes delicious ❤
