Typically good. If you get a cold drink, make sure you ask for light ice or you’re getting very little drink for your money.

Also had a pretty annoying experience. The music was blasting so loud in the store and most of the employees were screaming along to the song that I had to repeat my order 3 times, and my order still wasn’t correct. I think she just ended up guessing because she couldn’t hear me.

I love this place! This location always has the most fun and kindest employees, especially Sophie, ximena, and Kaitlyn!! Always get the drinks perfect and have the best recommendations!!

I go here almost daily. We've met almost everyone who works here and I've not had better service. Our first encounter was with some girls named Caytlynn and Brwook. They are so friendly. We always have fun talking to them. Our favorite drinks are the carmelizer and the chocolate milk. but the staff is what keeps us coming back

I’m so happy the opened this location! Easily my new favorite. The baristas really bust their butt and you can tell. I ordered 3 drinks for me and my fam and within 30 seconds of paying the girl was running my drinks out to me!

I've gone to this location about 5 times now. I live in the Traverse mountain area in Lehi so im in a central location to the Draper, Saratoga and Pleasant Grove locations. I have gone to Saratoga because the first time they seemed to have their business on point. But the last two times I've gone there im very disappointed. The last time we went there which was today 09/03/2022 they handed me my drinks with coffee and a mess on the bottom of the cups and the sides. Once being handed the drinks asked which ones were which they basically made a guess on what, was what. Asked for some napkins and pulled away with my window down trying to juggle the mess and the drinks, once I started pulling ahead noticed the cabin of my vehicle filled up with dust from all the new construction around. Once cleaning up the messy cups and moving forward we noticed that all of our drinks tasted like they had pumpkin spice in them, all and we ordered were Carmelizers with extra shots. I absolutely hate pumpkin spice. It wasn't even worth navigating back to the establishment at that point because obviously the workers were incompetent. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

4 min each car to wait for a drink. I waited about 14 min for my chai and it wasn't that great but it was good.

It is snowing at night and they’re still making their workers take orders on an iPad outside? Nah man, that’s cruel. Treat your workers better and install a better order taking station.

Wow people.. all i have to say is that this Dutch Bros by FAR is the most heavenly place i have ever visited on this cruel Earth…so genuinely my soul has never vibrated at a higher frequency than it did when i took my first sip of a raspberry cocomo! so yum! and the staff! so cutie vibes! the little one (i believe ximena…?) was so cutie! she was such a little jitterbug and absolutely slayed my day away when she took my order! never have i ever experienced greater service than i have today, the feeling i got from this dutch bros was better than the feeling of jesus’ warmth and compassion… so greatly that as a devout christian i believe dutch bros should be a sin! it’s too good for us meager sinners… anyways! The person who truly made my experience all the better was that himena girl! she served my drink up on not a silver.. but a GOLDEN platter! if i could rate this 6 stars i would! make sure to give that jimena girl a gold star.. she is one good noodle!! keep it up!!

Come here all the time and they always do amazing!! They keep the line moving fast and always do a great job with the drinks :) love so much!!
