Absolutely fantastic service with super delicious coffee. I got the caramelizer with an Irish cream soft top. Yummy :)

Super nice people. The caramelizer coffee was amazing. Reminds me of coffee I had in San Francisco. The chai, though, was really too sweet. I had to go home and brew more chai to add to it.

Friendly staff. Great with details. Make sure to be very specific if you want to have dietary restrictions. Taste before you go just in case.

Delicious drinks! I donāt drink coffee so Iām always happy to see the wide selection of non-coffee drinks!

Iām giving 3 starts because they are still relatively new and Iām hoping they get better. If they donāt get better soon, Iāll stop going to this location. The drinks ordered at the Pleasant Grove store are consistently better. In Saratoga Springs the soft tops have been almost non existent. Ordered āSweater Weatherā from both, PG was great, Saratoga was watered down and the sprinkles on the top werenāt the same. Cold brew was the same issue, watered down at Saratoga. Service is okay, but quality of drinks is not what I expect from Dutch Bros.

They were great to change my sons drink to hot chocolate and are always helpful to let us know what drinks would fit us.

Can be particularly slow because they donāt balance flow between drive thru and walk up very well. Drinks are always ace, though.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST of all the coffee places around here!!!!!
The service is terrible. The coffee is terrible. The wait is ridiculously long every time. And the prices are insane.
Three visits. Three strikes.
1) ordered & went to pay - they refused to take my Dutch bros loyalty card, told me to turn it in at the window, & then charged me $15 for a large latte that was supposed to be free š³
2) asked for a hot dirty chai. Was handed a cold one. The barista said she didnāt know how to make a hot chai & definitely couldnāt add espresso to it. Was charged $12 and told no manager was available š¤Æ
3) ordered a small sweater weather chai - oat milk, half sweet, extra shot. $14 paid. But at the window they told me they were out of white coffeeā¦
Unbelievably bad & ridiculous all around. Go around the corner to coffee creations - theyāll remember you name & drink & always get your order right. Plus itās half the price & 1/3 of the wait.

Update: After reaching out to Dutch Bros corporate via email, they made it right and addressed the issue. Thank you DB! Hope to see this location thrive soon.
Really had high hopes for this location after being open for over a month, but Iāve repeatedly received drinks that have 90% ice (so much so that I canāt even push the straw through) and itās such a waste of money. I also asked for caramel drizzle in the chai pictured and after questioning it the employee told me itās on the topā¦ my son was able to get 3 good sips out of the kids lemonade pictured before it was all ice. $8.48 for a medium and kids drink is insane with the price increase (and yes I understand inflation). Iāve never had this experience at other seasoned Dutch Bros locations. Iād rather drive the extra distance to Pleasant Grove from now on where theyāre spot on every time.
