Drip coffee and espresso macchiato were very rich and satisfying in taste, and the raspberry coffee cake was a welcome treat. The pressed and bottled orange juice tasted freshly squeezed and apples were crisp. Keep in mind that the kitchen closes at 3 pm, so if you want something to nibble on after that, the choices are limited to premade salads and sandwiches, baked goods, and fresh fruit. The pricing is a bit steep for these items ($9 sandwich, medium salad between $11-$13) when you could have them freshly made with sides for less elsewhere). The menu items (for when the kitchen is open) look tasty and worth trying in the future. The two baristas were really friendly and easy going, which helped set the chill vibe for this establishment.

I had the best biscuit here that I think I've ever tasted. I really like the atmosphere at The Daily. The creamy cauliflower soup was also very good and was so smooth and creamy. I will come again.

Excellent Service. I ordered Matcha Latte but forgot to say Iced, when my Latte came I asked them if possible to ask a cup of Ice but curtis insisted to remake my drink and offer to put some vanilla for sweetener, it make my drink more special.
Thank you.

Without a doubt, The Daily is the best place for bistro-style breakfast and lunch downtown. From inventive and fresh daily specials to gourmet takes on classics, there isn't a single dish that disappoints. Now let's talk about the coffee. From Stumptown Roasters, The Daily's java packs a rich and complex punch (do not skip the nitro cold brew, it's next level). Be warned: all other coffee will be ruined for you once you sip on an espresso bevy from their talented baristas. And if you're into flavored lattes, you won't find any Torini syrups here; The Daily makes their own rotating syrups from scratch. Try a lavender latte with a freshly baked salted chocolate chip cookie and cozy up next to the fire place for the perfect workday coffee break.

I would give them negative stars if I could. They profile their customers and behave badly with them. Worst cafe experience in SLC

My partner and I both ordered Eggs Benedict and coffees and it was all great. I do think it's a bit pricey given that you order at the front, but otherwise no complaints.

Best pan au chocolat I’ve had in a long time. Paired with the cold brew with a splash of oat milk for a dreamy combo.

Great variety of food and coffee type drinks. Quick service and yummy yummy food. I have not been disappointed. The price is mod to high, but is very convenient location.

Actual proper espresso coffee, and done well too. Food is also good. This cafe would fit just fine in Sydney or Melbourne
