After ice skating across the street, we came here for coffee and hot chocolate. We couldn’t pass on the yummy pastries.

Cute place in the heart of downtown.

Was looking for something other than the hotel breakfast. Didn’t know I’d be scowled at so early in the morning. The female taking my order made me feel like I woke her and drug out of bed and made her go to work. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Other employees showed no joy in their customer service. I don’t feel like a customer, I felt like an inconvenience. Maybe they are nice to locals and regulars. I won’t be suggesting this to my coworkers that are in town quite a bit. My suggestion to the manager/ owner, have a talk with your employees. Won’t be going back and letting coworkers know to not try it out.

The service here is fantastic. The coffees are handmade, with house-made sauces for the flavored coffees. So far, I've only had iced coffees here, and therein may lie the reason for falling short of five stars. The aforementioned house-made sauces haven't seemed to blend well into the iced coffees for me, and the result is a sort of overripe flavor to the coffee. Not entirely unpleasant, per se, but it definitely left me blinking. So far, I tried the seasonal pumpkin coffee and your standard menu option of a Mocha. I'll be back to try more flavors, and will definitely be swinging for a hot drink soon. I'll update the review when I do!

Talk about horrible customer service. I dnt know if the girls that work cashier are racist or just feel like they’re too good to serve me, but I’m never treated nicely coming into this place. I work on one of the floors in the same building and often visit this spot to grab me food when I forget my breakfast or lunch. They always give me an attitude, roll their eyes or huff and puff as if I’m bothering them. I’m always embarrassed when they treat me this way especially infront of other customers. I’m very nice, but don’t know why I always have a bad experience when coming here. I find it sad that I will no longer go here again because its such a cute lil spot…a little pricey, but was convenient for me. Customer service definitely needs improvement. It would be nice to smile when customers come in instead of looking like you hate your job.

One of the best coffee shops I've been to! I wake up and the first thing I think of is coming to get coffee from my favorite baristas, unlike my grandmas coffee which isn't good. Esmee knows how to make a cup of coffee so good that it will bring tears to your eyes as well as being nicer than my grandma who hits and insults me when I mention her coffee not being as good as The Daily's coffee. 10/10 would recommend this establishment. 0/10 I don't recommend my grandma's coffee. ( Look grandma it's not that I don't love you. I just think that your coffee could be better. Maybe stop trying to poison me, because I know you put something in the coffee every morning and that's why I don't drink your stupid coffee.)

I always like to try new places so despite some poor reviews I decided to give this place a shot. Paid $24 for avocado toast and a coffee 😬😬😬 Definitely not worth the money, grossly overpriced. You should probably just go to Starbucks

great interiors. very spacious… but food and coffee is underwhelming. my latté was not prepared on the right temperature.

The Lavender Mocha is superb! And the staff is super helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be coming back! Thanks Hannah and Chelsea!
