Some of the best coffee when you're in a hurry in SLC! The staff is always quick, caring and attentive. This morning, when I was getting ready for a marathon of meetings, Stacey even went the extra mile and made it possible for me to get a little breakfast with my coffee. You've gotta try Pinned!

If you want quick service with a great attitude, this is your place! The espresso is amazing but I recommend trying a Red Bull Frappe! It’s like caffeinated ice cream and they can make it in whatever flavor you want. I’m so happy they have this one downtown now! See you there!

Love this place! I usually get the lovely batista Stacy and she's incredible. Makes the best drinks and she's super sweet!

The coffee is great. I love the guy that usually works here, he is so sweet & friendly. My one complaint is I felt uncomfortable that the woman working the drive thru asked me to leave a tip.

I've been going to this coffee joint for years because of it's convenience to my work. I loved it back when it was Mojo's. However, now that it's Pinned Coffee, I can't get into them. I've gone multiple times in hopes that they'll get better, but every latte I have ordered has been awful. Which sucks, because they are so nice. I want to love them, but I just can't. One bad latte, I'll forgive, but this is my third time and I'm still disappointed. Also, I haven't gone enough to really get a sense of this, but all three times they have taken forever. When it's a small drive thru joint the turn around time is expected to be pretty fast. So that's a bit frustrating as well. The two stars I've given are for the very friendly staff.

Dave and staff where are you? We miss you and will follow you anywhere. We were promised the drinks would be the same, this is not true. The coffee is tremendously different and absolutely terrible compared to my love Mojos. Morning the loss of not just good coffee but the good friends too.

With that said, i do have an issue with the difference in pricing from my regular Saturday stop by to this mornings stop. I always order a 32 oz americano, iced with a total of 6 shots, splenda and cream. This morning i was told my drink is 9$. I asked what the difference in cost was since with tax its about 7$. I was told that there is a seperate charge for the 6 shots, a seperate charge for the splenda because it's considered flavoring, and a seperate charge for cream because it's half n half. When i mentioned it is different than on Saturday, the girl becme snippy and kept saying that is how she was told to ring it up and it's not her fault. I have never had to pay separately for splenda and a splash of milk before. In my experience, a 32 oz americano comes with 4 shots already and i add 2 extra if that is what the policy is for that location. I understand that things change and costs go up but to charge 9$ for 6 shots of espresso,
splenda, a splash of milk, topped off with ice is a bit too much for me. I hope there was a misunderstanding because i would love to keep coming back.

The drinks on the menu are AMAZING and the staff is always so kind and very friendly.
It's small businesses like these that makes SLC so great
