I have been to all of the pinned coffee shops and they are amazing. Have loved them for years. Went to the one on 4th and 4th today 30 minutes before closing. She said blenders were already sanitized and she couldn't make a frappe.

Absolutely awesome everytime! Stacey is great and makes consistently great coffee! I go here everyday and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Let me tell you about something.
I frequent coffee/coffee shops and I’m always looking for authentic caffeinated beverages.
First - this place is the absolute best. I refuse to go anywhere else for my coffee, ever again. The bar has definitely been raised.
Second - my barista, Stacy gave me some of the best service I’ve seen in a while. I wish I knew her last name, all I can tell you is she has pink hair and a fun attitude. She 100% deserves a raise. She was friendly and super welcoming as it was my first time here. Employees like Stacy are what places like this unique.

I will definitely be going here again and I hope I get Stacy as a barista again

All Pinned persona are amazing folks. Slinging dandy’s at all locations. Recommend all locales. Folks entering Utah via SL international airport frequently ask where the easiest and most consistent drive thru is. And I gladly send them to downtown Pinned. Revisits have commented. More than pleased for the lead. Stacy slays it with not only scrummy drinks but killer personality and service.

This coffee shop has some of the best chai I’ve ever had! I love when Stacy is working because she suggests new drinks for me to try and they’re always sooo good 🥰

Super nice barista... the cappuccino with coconut milk I ordered was scorched, too hot to drink, the overall beverage tasted like water. Weak shot pulled, steamed the coconut milk past the point of flavor.

Showing up 10 minutes after closing was a bummer. But Stacy opened back up for me and I got my coffee!!!! Perfect way to end the year. Hot coffee in hand. Thanks!!!!

The best coffee in Salt Lake county by far. Mia and her team are awesome and can help you with all your beverage needs. Coffee? Check! Chai? Check! Mixed sodas? Check! Red Bull frappes? Check! I promise, you'll love Pinned Coffee Co! Purple Mountain, The Bear, and a dirty chai are my three favorites, so far... Delicious beverages prepared for you by friendly, knowledgeable and just all around fabulous staff!

Stacey is the BEST she deserves a raise!!! The coffees are always amazing I won’t go to any other coffee shops now... If you haven’t checked this place out you need to immediately!!!
