Just fine … decent food in an area with not enough restaurants

Good was good.
Counter service was good.
Floor service was almost nonexistent.
Seemed short staffed.

I’ve always loved Corner Bakery and eat their breakfast often. However, today was a different story. The croissants were not freshly baked, the pancakes were burned and had a different texture and taste and the scrambled eggs looked and tasted just like powdered eggs. Several in my group thought the exact same way. Not good. I’m hoping it’s better the next time or unfortunately, that will be the end of my visits to Corner Bakery.

I placed an order online, it confirmed my order, charged my card and everything. Gave me a pick up time and when my husband got there to pick it up, they were closed due to staffing issues. I know staffing is hard right now but I spent over $30 on an order several days ago and have not been able to get through on the phone to have this corrected. The lack of customer service is upsetting. I hope someone in management sees this and can make it right. I just want a refund but like I said have not been able to even get through on the phone.

I was very impressed with this Cafe. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were very generous and very tasty! I was specifically pleased with the abundance of healthy food options with very low fat foods. I will come here again!

What made it great was having lunch with my neice, who really loves this place!!
As they make the sandwiches fresh, expect a little wait but once you taste their sandwich n soup combo, you'll agree it was worth the wait.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time. I work close by and have stopped by there 3 times now in a many months and they are always closed. Despite the open sign being lit up. Exactly how hard is it to flip a switch when closing to let people know BEFORE they get to the front door?? I look out the window and it's STILL lit even though they closed hours early today. If you have ANY other options for food, choose those options, not here. This place has been for pretty much all of this year, a literal waste of time.

The food was great but the wait is a real thing. Maybe just an overly busy day or something. We were able to order quickly - right when we walked in - but spent awhile at our table waiting for the grub. It sure was tasty though!

A fast food place. Just more options for a desert. I wouldnt say that it's very tasty, and I think that prices are too high for such food and service. The WiFi doesn't work well too. It's disappointing if you come to grab some coffee and expect to get some work done, but actually you can't...

Love their sandwiches. Always stop here for lunch when in Salt Lake for doctors appointments. Convenient location for the U of U Hospital and V A.
